Day to day General Maintenance of main T E Campus at Ranchi for the year 2025 26

SH: EARTH WORK

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

SH: MISC. WORK

Proper & effective cleaning of sewer lines, manholes,open surface drain & traps on all working days in main Telephone Exchange campus, Ranchi i/c removing, disposal of sludge up to dumping yard in the campus.

Note - (i) Minimum One sewer man shall be available for whole working day. The non adherence of daily cleaning shall attract deduction of payment of that day as decided by the Engineer In-charge on Pro-rata basis.

(ii) The rate includes the labours and tools required for execution of these below mentioned items (a),(b) & (c) & nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

(iii) Rate also includes disposal of garbage to dumping yard of the campus and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Cleaning of manholes of sewer line i/c removing & disposal of sludge upto dumping ground in the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of sewer lines i/c removing & disposal of sludge upto dumping ground in the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of open surface drain of size upto 400mm wide and 500mm deep & sprinkle of bleaching powder around the drain i/c removing & disposal of sludge upto dumping ground in the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Proper & effective sweeping & cleaning on all working days in Telephone Exchange campus, Ranchi which includes cleaning of all common areas i.e road, open space around building, common area in staff qrtrs on daily basis, Staircase of Type-V, Type-III & IV Qrtrs weekly, terrace of staff qrtrs including khurras fortnightly & disposal of rubbish to near by dumping yard in the campus as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of all T & P, disposal of garbage upto dumping yard in the campus etc. no extra charge will be paid for consumable or non consumable item etc.

Note: (i) The non adherence of daily cleaning shall attract deduction of payment of that day as decided by the Engineer-in-charge on Pro-rata basis.

Cleaning of septic tank by removing night soil, mud etc. by municipal tanker and disposal of sludge upto municipal dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of Garbage/ Sludge/ house hold waste materials by mechanical means from dumping places in the campus including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (Approx. 15 KM distance from T.E Campus)

Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of the walls, parapet etc. and making good the damages with concrete (1:2:4) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75mm lift upto 12 metres.
