Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging complete all as specified directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of mud/mud phuska in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping if any and cleaning the roof surfaces with wire brushes and removal of mud /mud phuska to a distance exceeding 250 M and n.exc 500 M complete all as specified directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. and cleaning for refixing complete all as specified directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. and cleaning for refixing complete all as specified directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. and cleaning for refixing complete all as specified directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm bore steel tubing and connections fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. and cleaning for refixing complete all as specified directed.

Refixing 40 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified directed.

Refixing 25 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified directed.

Refixing 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified directed.

Refixing 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified directed.

S & F 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified directed.

S & F 20 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified directed.

S & F 25 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified directed.

S & F 40 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roof including preparation & cleaning of roof surface comprising of the following complete all as specified & as directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surface shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated. (b) Laying 3 mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.0 kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75 mm at sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L for pre - cast PCC tiles machine pressed of size 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound (for screed bad and grouting of joints) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. Note:- Water Proofing Compound shell be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks exc. 250 Ltrs. & n exc. 500 Ltrs. capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Over Head PVC water tank of capacity exc. 1000 Ltrs but not exc. 2000 Ltrs. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded HDPE water storage tank double layer cylindrical including 20 mm PVC float valve complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Iintegral water proofing compound complete all as specified

Taking down carefully existing aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm and GI strip of size 32x6 mm fixed in position as lightning conductor from roof/wall and buried in ground including making good the disturbed surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down carefully existing air termination rod any type and size from roof complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable earthing, dismantling of earth pit including other accessories and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth in any type of soil and getting out for laying GI strip conductor, stay, poles etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Fixing only aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm obtained from item No. 28 here-in-before after necessary repairs (like removing denting/bend rejoining tightening properly by GI bolts and nuts securing, tightly by MS clamps of suitable size for roof/conductor/down conductor above ground level including jointing properly by existing GI/Aluminium strips, air termination rod and insulators) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25x3 mm size secured tightly on hole by MS clamps of suitable size for roof conductor/down conductor above ground level including making connection with existing air termination rod/GI strip and fixed with insulators/ saddles complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only air termination rod obtained from item No. 29 here-in-before securing tightly to poles/GI pipe on roof strip by clamps of flat iron 25x3 mm making connections with aluminium conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 30 mm long including GI nut 12 mm dia 2 Nos GI washers 12 mm dia 2 No’s, screwed at bottom and fixed properly to down conductor on pole/GI pipe MS clamp of flat iron 25x3 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block for fixing of air termination rod etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement galvanised Iron pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia with all fitting accessories laid in trenches complete all as directed .

Supply only Iintegral water proofing compound complete all as specified

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep and top edge of plate not less than 1.25 mtr below ground level and connected to GI earth strip size 32 mm x 6 mm fixed by means of nuts bolts etc., connected to earth test point surrounded by packed alternative layers of charcoal and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom complete all as shown in plate No 3 of MES SSR, connected to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including provn of PCC chamber 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways as in reinforcement, necessary excavation, earthwork, returning filling and testing on completion etc. all as specified and directed.
