Providing temporary illumination to Jaladharshini Guest House New and Old Building On the Occasion of Dasara festival-2026 at Mysore.

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 b) The tenderer should have Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract Value) As Prime Contractor at least one similar work ie., Providing temporary illumination work in Mysore Dasara festival of Value not less than Rs.1.70 Lakhs in a single electrical work.

The tenderer as a Prime Contractor having valid Class-2 & above Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspectorate Govt of Karnataka and should have suitable technical, financial & managerial capabilities.

The Tenderer must submit ongoing and existing commitments details separately.

3.6Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under/ Assessed available tender capacity - (AxNx2.5 - B ) Where, A-Maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. (01 Months) B - Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next. (01 Months) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer as should have in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. a) The tenders must have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of an amount Not less than Rs.3.39 Lakhs during last five years with UDIN Number certified by Chartered Accountant, Note: The returns submitted to the I.T. along with the Profit and Loss account statement, Balance sheet should be uploaded for the financial turnover criteria
