Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and including reinforced concrete pipes 150mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars joints with concrete bed for 150 mm dia pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 usingn 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and including reinforced concrete pipes 200mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars joints with concrete bed for 200 mm dia pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 usingn 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into the existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe 150mm internal dia metre making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished even and smooth benching as required.

Cutting into the existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe 200mm internal dia metre making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished even and smooth benching as required.

Excavation in trenches n'exc 1.5m wide and n'exc 1.5 mtr deep for sewage pipe line and manhole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling watreing and well rammingh in layers n'exc 25cm in soft/loose soil for sewage pipe line manholes sides and cleaning the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforcement concrete of any description and in any position for manhole cover slab.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and similar articles including necessary moulds/formwork set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Cleaning of septic tank, soak pit/well, manholes etc by blocking internally the inlet with appropriate wooden plug and handling pumping and water from septic tank, soak well/pit,and manholes and scoping out sludge organic material inorganic solid or semisolid materials, and removing in a closed container of capacity 3000 ltr to a distance exc 5.00km from the starting point and filling into the shallow pits n'exc 2.00 mtr deep and removal of wooden plug and chanelling the water back all as specified and in a manner as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250mmx7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level un re-inforced complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paving , hardstanding and similar works complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth witout using extra cement as in plinth protection.

Surface dressing in any type of soil not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in foul condition for removing heaps of wastes, cleaning of flora, fauma, follage and bushes around septic tanks, soakage well and man holes, removing debries/heaps of bushes etc from vicinity and depositing at a place where complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using (40 mm graded agg) ,100 mm thick as in sub base of flooring all as specified & directed

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast moulded reinforced cement concrete factory made precast moulded and vibro compacted manhole covers with necessary handles of size 900X450X100 mm medium duty confirming to IS 12592 -2002 placed in position wherever required all as directed. Note: Manhole cover shall be of "BMC pattern" precast slab as in RMC M30 obtained from approved manufacturer as directed by GE.

Cleaning of blockage of existing sewage system and plumbing system (Comprising of sewer line in CI, SGSW, PVC/UPVC or SG pipes), house connection from WC, bath, Kitchen etc including gully traps, floor/Nahani traps, CI Pipes and plumbing work etc of any description and in any position below or above ground level, located in different situations to remove of the solid or liquid wastage to make the entire system functional as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Contractor will deploy two SDA Mazdoor, daily to attend day to day complaint (excluding Sunday) as mentioned above. SDA Mazdoor will report daily at AGR B/R -II (NW) Karanja Sub division at 0900 hrs and depart 1730 hrs after attending all compliants (Time inclus 30 minutes for lunch). In case of non attending compliants in same day, recovery @ Rs.500.00 per complints will be recovered from contractor and in case of non deployment of SDA Mazdoor recovery @ Rs.1000 per day shall be made from the contractor. septic tank /soakage well of any depth & description including takine contractor. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
