M&L for preparing the black top surface of roads with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3nkg/Sqm on bituminous surface as spcified in Table 500-5 OF MoRTH specificaction for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam paving bitumen any penetrationlaid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness n. exc 75mm) using 4% binder (Viscosity grade VG 30) with 8 to 12 tone power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887at a rate of application of 0.7-1kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as spcified in Table 500-5 OF MoRTH specificaction for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed..

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5% binder (viscosity grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, and laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Bi-Directional Reflective type road solar studs (125mm x 125mm x 25mm) illuminated red both sides of rectangular / square shape made out of thermoplastic body fixed on road with bitumen adhesive as per manufacturers instructions having abrasion resistance ceramic coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding processes of size 350mm length and width of 263mm with working width of 250mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200gms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair retro relective direction and place identification sign boards by providing and fixing of new retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per ASTM D 4956-04 made of high intensity grade Microprismatics sheeting Type IV fixed over 2.0mm thick Aluminium composite panel of size 1200mm x 900mm fixed to frame of stainless steel hollow square section of size not less than 25mm with necessary fixing arrangementns and having vertical post not less than 50mm round buffed stainless steel of grade SS 304 with half round cap wherever required back support on appropriate height as directed by Engr in charge. The message symbol and numerals shall be of 3M high intensity micro-Prismatic Grade Retro reflective sheeting or equivalent (message and numbers as per approved by GE of any number of lettes and numbers) with and including complete foundation work like excavation,PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm grade stone agg) removal, RFR and eracion at site as specified by Engg-in-Charge and directed.
