Finsing Wall with exiterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on new work in two coats to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on old wood work With special quality paint.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work with special quality paint.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete rate 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100mm sand filling.

Congolmerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100mm sand as stone filling for plinth protection.

Repair of door complete in all respects.

Repair of Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86cm×11.43cum×3.83cm laid over25mm mud plaster, 7.50 cm mud filling on an other layer of 25mm mud plaster including two coats of bitumen laid hot @ 1.65Kg. Per Sqm on top of RCC slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing etc.

Repair of OHSR

Painting of OHSR pipes including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR stair case railing and pickets including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with 40 mm gauge stone aggregate to be used instead of brick ballast for plinth.

Repair of Water Works

Repair of Cement Concrete, Foot Path with masonry toe wall & earth filling inside water works as per standard Drawing D-10.

Repair of Gravel Pit outside the Pump Chamber (0.90m Dia.) as per standard design & drawings of public health department.

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Provision for making new connection with exit pipe line as per analysis A-20 complete in all respects.

Hand boring Horizontally for crossing of pipe under road or any other obstacle by using Auger/Bocki method. Including excavation, stringing and jointing of pipe upto 160 mm complete.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level complete in all respects.

Component -2

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Component -3

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.
