M&L for demolition of brick/stone masonry drains around runway/links of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including removal of earth/silt deposited in drains or debris recieved from demolition out of airfield area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including cutting of earth, forming and cleaning of sides and bottom of demolished drain complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L including removing and disposal complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain bed complete all as specified made to shape and size as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and prepared to the plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry/stone walling in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping of existing water base paint/ reflective paint on rigid/flexible pavement of runway by manually with wire brush, steel scraper or mechanically and brooming down the surface including removal of debris outside the runway etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coat of water base paint for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width with Machine (Air/ Airless spray applications). Colour of Water base paint will be white, yellow, black & red as per the requirement in Air field complete all as specified and directed . Paint shall be conforming to IS-164 of Berger "Guideline RM 164" , Asian paints "Apcotrak IS" or equivalent as approved by GE. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns, Graco line lazer 200HS or equivalent with same specifications.

Description all as per item no 10 here-in-before but one coat of retro reflective paint to obtain WFT 300 microns including drop on glass beads @ 350 grams per Sqm (TTB 1325 type III and having refractive index 1.9) . Paint shall be of Berger "Guideline Airfield WBR paint/Sigmark WB Airfield Paint" , Asian paints "Apcotrak WBR" or equivalent as approved by GE.

Description all as per item No 10 here-in-before but, including Black Border complete all as specified and directed

M&L cleaning down the old treated surface of under/over shoot area of runway to remove dust, dirt by wire brushes and brooming down the surface, cleaning with water and applying evenly 02 (two) coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing joints by manually/mechanically raking out to depth of 20 to 25mm and width of joints 5 to 10mm,cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning to concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials to a distance exc 200 meter but n.exc 250meter as directed and provided a back rod of width 3-5 mm more than width of joints / debonding strip of width equal to joint width , applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane base sealing compound (pitch free) ISI marked compound to a depth 10 to 12 mm including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant complete all as specified and directed . Description same all as per item No 15 above but width of joints 11mm to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and desposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling FLEXOPATCH-ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of pot-holes/depressions in flexible pavement/roads by cutting to rectangular section upto min depth of 50mm , removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200mtr from runway and cleaning the surface and filling it with quick setting cold applied ashpalt repair compound complete all as specified and directed. Make : Shalipatch (STP limited), TIKI ezREPAIR premix or equivalent and compact the pot hole with a rammer or wooden/mettalic mallet and apply two coats of surface sealer of make : Shaliseal RS TC or equivalent

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m width and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying cables/pipes all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches the excavated soil in layer not exceeding 25 cm including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 M distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Disconnecting, dismentling and taking out old existing underground air field lighting cable of any description and in any position from the trenches/ducts with protection pipe etc if any complete all as specifiec and directed.

Laying only airfield lighting cable of any description and any size in trenches/duct including connecting jointing and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old retieved cablves received in serviceable condition from taking down shall be used in the work

Supply and fixing epoxy straight through joint suitable for single core cable upto 35 Sqmm, 3.3KV complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing isolation transformer including tapping the joints with self amargamating high tension insulation tape and setting the direction of light as directed and testing complete.
