Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc plaster on brick walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering with cement plaster (1:3) on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc all as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper with roller complete over and including a coat of wall care putty (minimum thickness 1 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper with roller complete over and inciuding wall care putty (minimum thickness 1 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with roller over and including a coat of wall care putty (minimum thickness 1 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including filling depressions/chipping or minor repairs with putty and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper including cleaning of OBD stains on floor/window/joinery surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1.The work shall be carried out at different locations and in different measurements/touch ups (even it is below 1 Sqm or otherwise.)

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls applying a coat of primer and applying two coats of Oil Bound distemper with rich matt finish with roller over and inciuding a coat of wall care putty (minmum thickness 1mm) including cleaning of OBD stains on floor/window/joinery surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper with roller including cleaning of OBD stains on floor/window/joinery surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
