Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and disposing the rubbish to the out side of MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping with & including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete coloured chequered tiles with glossy finished of size 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter 1:6 etc pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
