M &L for GI pipe light grade in repair for road crossing / on wall / on pole for cable protection of following size :- (a) 50 mm dia

M & L to find out fault in LT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size of LT UG Cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation in any type of strata to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable required at site same size of faulty cable if required for jointing purpose will be paid in relevant item. (ii) Jointing material will be paid in relevant Item.

M & L to find out fault in HT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size HT UG Cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation in any type of strata to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable required at site same size of faulty cable if required for jointing purpose will be paid in relevant item. (ii) Jointing material will be paid in relevant Item.

Supply and jointing straight through joint, 22000 volts grade heat shirnkable type suitable for 3 core to 95 Sqmm, HT, XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair straight through cable jointing kit 22 KV earthed grade heat shrinkable joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling old cable end termination and supply and jointing new Cable end termination heat shrinkable outdoor type suitable for 22KV, 95 Sqmm XLPE, 3 Core power cable with aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling old cable end termination and supply and fixing new Cable end termination heat shrinkable outdoor type suitable for 22KV, 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm, XLPE, 3 Core power cable with aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling old cable end termination and supply and fixing new Cable end termination touch proof type outdoor type suitable for 22KV, 95 Sqmm to 185 sqmm, XLPE, 3 Core power cable with aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing defective HT UG cable of following size in trenches / pipes / pole for attending the repair,jointing materials, refixing / relaying back in trenches fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed . (ii) Old U/S cable shall be the property of contractor and will be measured in Sch of credit.

Supply and laying HT UG Cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core heavy duty 22000 volts grade with aluminium conductor strip armoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed incl jointing material etc. Laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on wall / pole or drawn through pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing defective LT UG cable of following size in trenches / pipes / pole for fault finding /attending the repair and repair the same complete all as specified and directed. (a) 6 sq mm 2/3/3.5/4 core upto 70 sqmm 3/3.5/4 core. Note-: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid under relevent item.

(b) 95 sq mm x3.5 core upto 400 x3.5 core sqmm. Note-: Excavation and earthwork will be measured nd paid under relevent item.

Dismanlting of old jumper, including supply and fixing new jumper connection at cut point on HT / LT over head line with suitable size of ASCR conductor 6 / 1 x 3.00 mm (ferrel) PG Clamps, lugs, alkathine sleaves complete of required length not exceeding 3 mtr inlcuding testing on completioncomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor on existing poles including dismantling of unsv ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing the 22 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc/pin insulator with CTC & applying the petrolium jelly at the contact point/down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/ corroted bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Cutting / trimning of Tree branches which are touching to HT / LT over head lines and clearing the same up to 4 meter radius for span length not exceeding 45 to 55 meter complete all as specified and directed. M & L for painting of steel tubular LT pole up to 9 mtr long with two coats of aluminium paint incl cross arms (for single pole), clamps etc complete including marking of pole No with black paint with all arrangement for ladder etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing of line seperator suitable for LT line four conductor feeder complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing of line seprator suitable for LT line three conductor in horizontal /vertical feeder complete all as specified and directed.

Isolate/de-energize the supply to the HT/LT Panel Board of capacity ranging from 200 Amps to 2000 Amps, opening the doors/covers of the cubicle enclosure for carrying out the servicing/ maintenance/ repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear, metering etc and re-fixing the same in place after repairs including testing and commissioning of the panel board comprising of the following:- a) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower and apply insulating varnish. b) Check the condition of the DMC/SMC support insulators including cleaning applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required. c) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required. Note : Contractor has to inspect the site before quoting. Any modifications/frame work and renewal is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Spares will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule

S&F in repair mild steel hinges suitable for LT panel board shutters including welding, riveting complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing worn out control wiring connections including cable lugs of LT panel board of 4 wire system and supply and connect with new cable PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm including with new copper lugs and nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing worn out cable lugs, nuts, bolts, washers etc from LT panel board of 4 wire system (incomming and outgoing) and supply and connect with new aluminium lugs all sizes as per site requirement and nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of old steel tubular pole and suppy, errecting in truly vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 11 mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 55, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative white & black strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of old steel tubular pole and suppy, errecting in truly vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 9.0 mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 55, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative white & black strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Surface excavation not exceding 30 cm deep in hard dense soil and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out green vegetation, roots, bushes, etc surrounding of around Substations / 2 Pole/ 4 Pole / RMU & HT/LT panels structure etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation including form work and finishing the exposed surface of concrete even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of old danger notice plate and supply and fixing danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved for LT size of 20 x 15 cm with font written "440 V" complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Scraping of old paint from 2 pole structure without removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting, painting of 2 pole structure with two coats of aluminium paint incl channels, DO fuse parts, clamps etc complete including marking of pole numbers (with yellow background and black colour font) with all arrangement for ladder and painting of bottom portion of the pole upto 1.0 m from top of the copping with one coat of synthetic enamel red paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all the electrical connections from H.T.and L.T. side of unserviceable transformer of cap above 160 KVA to 500 KVA i.e. Jumpers/cable from the cable end box or bushings & earthing terminal of the transformers, loading and unloading of transformer & transportation by vehicle from substation to the repairing workshop including reinstallation, commissioning and testingcomplete all as specified and directed.

Opening the transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nut bolts then after removing the internal HT.& LT connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank removing out burnt HV and LV windings from the core assembly,Draining & decanting of burnt transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC of transformer having ratio 22/0.433 KV . Rewinding of HV and LV coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire / strip ( As Existing ) having suitable class insulation material . Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and remove all the moisture present in it , removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil to tank , after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushings,fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.for various capacities as under :- a) upto 160KVA

b) All as per item No 59.00 above 160KVA to 500 KVA

Scrubing of old rusted paint from transformer and preparation of surfaces for fresh painting, by means of spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of transformer up capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA and writing SM No/MES No of the transformer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil with mobile transformer any capacity oil filtration plant at site with all accessaries connected to transformer and carrying out filteration of oil for desired dielectric strength i.e. not less than 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Test certificates shall be submitted before and after filteration for dielectric strength on the proper format .

M & L for replacement of breather assembly of transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metalic cover, filled with silica jel blue in colour and suitable for pipe entry of 15/20/25mm dia as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Filling/ topping up new transfermer oil of approved make conforming to IS- 335 / 1983 including testing of IR value of the oil not less than 60 KV,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth testing, identifying the earthings in system and recording the results on indicator board and producing three copies of test sheet duly signed by Contractor/ JE/ AGE E/M complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of labour and tools required for testing is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
