Excavation, in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying cable/pipes and getting out in any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation, in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m but n.exc 3 m in depth for laying cable/pipes etc and getting out in any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing, where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to under ground cables ( 8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable ) & punning gently including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment.

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Supplying, straining and stretching of Over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT poles including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and coloured sleeved jumpers with jumper connections with PG clamps complete all as specified.

Supplying, straining and stretching of Over head GI wire 4mm dia size on HT/LT poles including binding and jointing with conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and coloured sleeved jumpers with jumper connections with PG clamps complete all as specified.

Dismantling unserviceable ACSR conductor and GI wire, service feeder or distribution span complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI stay wire of 7/4 SWG upto required length including taking out and unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, loop insulator large size all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2009 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay assembly complete all as apecified and directed. Note :- PCC , earth work and Insulators etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, transporting and erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-55 type, 11.00 M long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper , bolts, nuts and washers etc. including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint ) from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint including disconnecting and taking out old damaged PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting and erecting in position pre-stressed concrete pole 11 meters long 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom of class 9 complete, including disconnecting and taking out old damaged PCC pole complete all as specified and directed. Note - Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Taking down and repairing/overhauling of air break gang operated switch with DO fuse unit 11 KV/ 33 KV rating 200 Amp/400 Amp capacity triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally , replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly of contacts refixed the same after repair including proper allienment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Worn out component/ insulators / ASCR shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.)

Repair / Servicing / maintenance of transformer 11 / .433 KV indoor / outdoor type , plinth / pole mounted type including the following work services :- (a) Disconnecting transformer from electric system and providing electric power to user from alternative arrangement including taking out from existing position . (b) Decanning of transformer oil , opening top cover , disconnecting of all internal connections , lifting and taking out of core assemble , LT / HT bushes, Tap changer etc ,cleaning and inspection of core and winding , segrigation of serviceable and unserviceable items , removing of sludge and cleaning tank and cooling pipes / fins /tanks with pressure water and drying the tank complete. (c) Replacinig unserviceable LT / HT bushing by replacing rubber / cork oil seals and damage terminal rod & replacement of Transformer cover gasket of rubber cork sheet. (d). Re installation of transformer including reassembling of core / winding assembly complete including replacement of unsv parts , repair the defective parts and tighting of all loose / sparks wire / nut bolts etc and refixing the to the existing position , connecting with HT/LT cables and earthing strip and testing complete including necessary Transportation ( If required ) to the work shop and back and including Dehyderation and refilling of existing or new transformer oil of required quantity complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) Dehydration of oil and new Transformer oil shall be measured seperately. (ii) HT & LT Busing , Tap Changer shall be measured & Paid separataly. (iii) In case HV / LV Winding found damages then Contactor shall be made serviceable with new winding and the same will be measured and paid seperately. (iv) The rate of cork sheet & Packing Material of transformer of capacity 100 to 160 KVA shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Note: (i) Dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at site and contractor shall be taken the testing result before and after dehydration of oil and shown to the EIC at site and maintain necessary documents for record . (ii) Dehydration Machine with all T&P & Transformer oil testing machine for dehydration of Transformer oil and necessary transportation for the machines shall be arranged by contractor . (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separatly.

Supply and top up of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II with dielectric strength up to 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode complete including necessary transportation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of existing damage insulating material from LV Winding , Cleaning the winding and reinsulating the LV Winding with approved grade and make of insulating paper and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence and re-installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rewinding of transformer HV coil with super enamelled / paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all associated insulating material such as separator etc complete varnishing, heating including opening of top cover, decanting transformer oil, storing the same in suitable container, disconnection live part, dismantling of bushing, lifting of core Assembly, checking the windings, cleaning of cooling tube, conservator and all internal connection after all necessary repair work and rewinding, reassemble the complete transformer and refilling after necessary filtration including all internal connection etc of any type / capacity transformer. Note : Filtration of oil, insulator, spindle and gasket etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete to be replaced where reqd all as directed by EIC. Note:- (1) Maitenance of all HT VCB will be carried out as per maintenance schedule (2) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete to be replaced where reqd all as directed by EIC. Note:- (1) Maitenance of all HT VCB will be carried out as per maintenance schedule (2) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre. (3) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
