M&L providing, cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, padding or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight)complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof padding using approved water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged existing water proofing membrane of any thickness from roof top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces with Providing and laying / fixing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane incl Cleaning the surface and laying of 200GSM Geo textile and cover up with TPO RF 1.2 mm thermoplastic membrane on roof & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet, welding the seam joints with hot air gun/machine and terminate the corners with extra protection to bear the high wind pressure. The TPO should be thoroughly tightened with the lower structure using mechanical fastening properly to avoid the corners and seam joint failure. Make : Asian paints TPO or techno commercially equivalent product of M/s Bauchemic/CIPY/SIKA/Pidilite/Dr fixit/BergerTPO membrane

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer & 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slab/ projection/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust dirt etc as manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a bitumen tack coat of blown industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 applied hot to roof concrete surface & wall surfaces @ 1.2Kg/Sqm or as required including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of Aluminium Paint on any Surfaces , over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digging out roots of bushes, small trees, grass of any dia & girth from accessible roof projection, chajjas, wall junction, parapet etc at any height and applying herbicide 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid including necessay demolition of brick work/ stone masonary/ conrete/ RCC wall or slab etc and filling holes and levelled with cement concrete B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and necessary rendering of cement mortar 1:4 and after applying damp proof epoxy based primer and paint the surface matched with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made UPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wiremesh complete with designer ceiling (with part ply,laminate and cove) complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. Note: All the debris / demolished material shall be removed from site to outside AF campus at contractor's risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal state and local regulations

M&L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces white or tinted through mechnical means over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers only one face has decorative veneer fixed with nails over 12mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work including French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia as earth lead up to test point with suitable size GI nuts/bolts, washers,check nut and brazed properly up to main board,LT panel etc and adequate quantity of charcoal and salt 15 cm around the earth plate including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates,40mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way including CI cover 10 mm thick with hinged and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe 15 mm bore up to main board complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I , connected to earthing testing point and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The unit rate includes 15 mm dia GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth lead. (ii) The unit rate includes galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 meter (iii) In case measured value of earth resistance of each earthing is recorded more than 3 ohms then the earthing shall be re done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Taking down carefully any size/any sweep Exhaust fan from wall, cleaning all dust ,oil etc. and refixing of exhaust fan in same position in serviceable condition including nut ,bolt,washer including provision of three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable split type AC indoor and outdoor unit with stabilizer and AC box and keep at site and reinstalling, commissioning and testing with stabilizer and AC box at new location including core cutting of 150 mm dia in stone wall/ brick wall/ any surface including provision of necessary clamps, bolts and nuts for fixing of indoor/ outdoor units and making good to disturbed surfaces/wall with plaster & matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for necessary wiring, PVC pipe protection, drain pipe, control cable, copper tubing for suction/ discharge up to 15 mtr and top up of Gas for the AC as required for desirable cooling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination and refixing the same after ceiling work complete all as specified and directed.
