Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12.5 meter high galvanised mast light suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with raising and lowering system lever with stainless steel wire rope of 6mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement pulley assembly electric power control tool for raising and lowering junction box Gear box including RCC foundation as per manufacturers specification and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. Note :- (i) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of providing RCC foundation as per manufacturers specification including all earth work, excavation, PCC work etc. (ii) The contractor has to submit the drawing of foundation as per manufacturers directions for approval of GE.

Supply and Fixing LED flood light of 150W with Integral LED floodlight luminaire and comprises of die cast aluminium housing, control gear compartment, frame with heat resistant toughened glass for illuminating Area lighting, including PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper flexible cable for wiring from junction box to luminaire with 5 core, 4.0 Sqmm flexible copper, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in for any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' common burnt bricks, old size, laid dry, flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick & with gaps between the adjucent bricks not exceeding 10mm as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete all as specified & directed.

Steel tubing galvanised (light grade) 50mm bore conforming to IS-1239 for passing cable under road/floor or fixing to poles for protection of under ground cable complete with Flat iron 50 x 6mm clamps made to shape and 12mm dia bolts, nuts and washers for fixing where required complete all as specified.

Supply, and laying/fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable with XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of size 10 Sq mm 4 core in trenches, on poles and in ducts. Note : Excavation, earth work, bricks and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, and laying/fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable with XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of size 25 Sq mm 4 core in trenches, on poles and in ducts. Note : Excavation, earth work, bricks and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor control panel floor mounted Angle iron base frame of size 25x25x3.0 mm thick, having rain guard with two nos of ventillator, double door with locking arrangement over all size not less than 600x450x300 mm thick, CPRI approved having four nos supporting legs of size 20x20x3 mm and 60 cm long and having provn of cable entry/exit on bottom dust and vermin proof, factory made, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with 4 Nos of Aluminium bus bar of 63 Amps rating capacity, supported on porcelain based insulators,common earth point at bottom with panel board at two earth terminals, and complete panel board painted with powder coating in grey colour including necessary excavation for foundation of grouting in side PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for 60 cm legs comprising as under :-

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to GI earth strip 32x6mm size by means of bolt, nuts ,check nuts and washer of GI and earth strip protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade, 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr length including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of 17mm x 8mm FI with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No. 5 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of Earthing includes cost of protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade and 32x6mm size earth strip.

Supply and fixing single phase ceiling fan 1200 mm BEE 5 star rated sweep 230 V 50 Hz 380 rpm with sleek and modern look white colour, high air delivery even at low voltages superior ball bearing and low power consumption and connecting up with two core flexible copper stranded conductor cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan and testing complete all as specified.

Ceiling rose , 3 terminal/PVC/ Polycarbonate, isolated body.

Stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc as reqd.

Supply and fixing PVC twin core copper conductor twisted wire of size 23/0.0076 all as specified.
