PERIODICAL SERVICES TO INTERNAL EXTERNAL WALLS WHITE COLOUR WASH DISTEMPERING AND PAINTING ALONGWITH CERTAIN REPAIR WORKS UNDER AGE BR II FOR CABS CEMILAC AND STIR COMPLEX AT BANGALORE

Material and labour for applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm (priming coat not exceeding 10% of overall painted area of each building and including necessary crack filling with latest crack filling material or wall care putty) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by grooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved tint on old painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc applying one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint on old decorative surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc applying one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint on old decorative surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint and of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Complete removal of existing treatment (white wash, colour wash, cement base paint or any other treatment) of wall by brooming down on steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spot etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint on walls surfaces as per manufacturer instructions including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for preparation of old wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for applying one coat of Exterior emulsion weather proof paint of approved tint on old wall surfaces including cornices, plasters etc by scrapping / down with wire brushes and washing down and removing existing loose finishes particles etc (Make / Brand Name : Asian Paints (Apex ultima), Berger Paints (Weather coat All Guard) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for applying 1.00 to 1.50mm thick wall care putty on walls for preparation of even and smooth surface at any location including filling the holes of nails and scratches preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards and wall (fibre insulation) etc or insulation boards any thickness, including cover fillets including snap grid, hanger etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aluminium composite panels, panel shall be metallic series of approved shade for ceiling and cladding, 4mm thick with combination of aluminium skin materials of 0.50mm thick, aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100H cover material coated on exposed side with PVDF (Poly vinyeldene fluoride) of KYNAR, PVDF coating containing 70% KYNAR 500 resin for antifungal and antibacterial properties and the central core shall be natural polyethylene (LDPE and HDPE) bonded to aluminium skin on both sides, and including all necessary fittings for finished item of work and necessary scaffolding etc, all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - (i) Anodised aluminium rectangular section, GI brackets etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding upto 15m height.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium rectangular section as in frame work for ceiling and wall cladding, fabricated to panel of size as directed and including necessary corner cleats etc to accommodate aluminium composite panel fixed to masonry / concrete / any other fabrications complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding upto 15m height.

Supply and fix PVC sheets 2mm thick laminated, plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut granite (any type) slab 18mm-20mm thick fixed over and including cement screed base in CM 1:6 of 15mm thick bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing and dismantling of old one including bedding mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of french polishing on old polished surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix venetian blinds, vertical type, 100mm slot width of approved fabric and powder coated aluminium top rails etc including dismantling old damaged one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - The colour, design and shade shall be as approved by GE

Material and labour for providing and cutting grooves of specified size at expansion joints with necessary cleaning and coating with one coat of primer on the cleaned expansion joints surface, providing and fixing of back-up materials, inserting compressible Thermocol foam as back-up materials into the existing grove both from roof (Terrace and Ceiling) to control depth of sealant in the joint and to provide support for tooling of sealant, providing and applying "Polysulphide Sealant" (SIKA PU SELANT) on E joint surface. Sealant will be applied maintaining 50% depth of width size (i.e. if joint width size is 50mm, depth of sealant will be 25mm), after providing of Sealant, it will be tooled by pressing by puffy knife or flat tool against the sealant to avoid development of Air Pocket or bubbles and cure the same at least 72 hour complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for providing and carrying out waterproofing treatment to sound and moisture free (moisture content less than 5%) basement walls using sika multiseal tape - 1.5mm thick High Performance self-adhesive waterproofing membrane with cross laminated HDPE film having durability of more as per B.4.2.2 of BS EN 13251:2016 and BS EN 13252:2016 with a polymer modified bitumen compound laying with protection complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for protection of surface by providing and making haunch of 600mm x 600mm at point of intersection between roof and the wall using Sika Latex SBR latex (Mortar and screed modifier cum bonding aid) and Rheomak 707 (integral waterproofing admixture) at specified dosage and finishing the surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height upto 12 mtr including all necessary scaffolding.
