Napthalene balls of Reliance or equivalent make in 100 gm packet.

Washing powder ( Tide or equivalent ) in 1.00 kg packet.

Floor cleaner (Lizol or equivalent) in 500 ml bottle.

Bleaching Powder of I.D.D.D.P.L or equivalent make in 500 gm packet.

Premium plastic bucket of approved brand and manufacture: 16.00 litre capacity.

Premium plastic mug of approved quality: 1000 ml capacity.

Premium coco broom of approved quality.

Duster cloth/small cotton towel of approved quality.

Grass broom (Low dust) of Gala or equivalent brand.

Toilet freshner Reliance Freshomz/Odonil or equivalent in 50 gm packet.

Plastic double ended toilet brush with hard bristles (Gala Double Hockey or equivalent) of approved quality.

M.S. long handle mop with 450 mm wide gasket / mop of approved quality.

Dettol antiseptic liquid (250ml bottle)

Mopping cotton refill of approved quality.

Providing conservancy services, on all working days, in the entire BSNL Bhawan building of all halls, Officers' chambers & their attached toilets, conference hall and its attached dining, kitchen & wash rooms, committee room, meeting room, server cabins, stair-cases , lobbies, corridors, ground floor parking lot, roof terrace, canopy, water-filter/cooler platforms etc, by daily sweeping, cleaning & mopping of the floors, skirting/dado & sanitary installations once on daily basis , sweeping of parking floor once in a day besides washing the same weekly once, removing cub-webs in the ceilings and walls atleast once in a week, cleaning dust and dirt from doors and windows routinely, regular scrapping of spitting marks from the walls by scrubbing and washing, cleaning roof terraces and mouths of rain water pipes at regular interval, collecting & disposing the filth & garbage generated during the previous day in the local municipal garbage vat upto a lead of 200 mtr, carrying out special cleaning operation for important national/BSNL event celebrations as per requirement. The daily cleaning operation has to commence sufficiently ahead og the routine office hours, so that, by the time the office opens, the inner building area should be ready. Further the toilets shall be cleaned and phenyle shall be applied once more during lunch break. The contractor has to arrange all the man power(about six persons for four hours daily & T&P etc required to carry out the operation professionally and in an organised and systematic manner. The rate is for all the labour and T&P etc. involved with all the said operations and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. However, specific cleaning and sanitation materials shall be supplied by the department from time to time for bonafide use in the job.
