Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core. Make : Havells/Poliycab/Universal

All as per item No 1 above but of capacity 3 core 95 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense sol complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread natural dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches and punned down all as specified and directed. Note : Prunned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat size 300X180mmX40mm all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and cutting down the existing unserviceable /burnt out HT cable end joints, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) 11kV grade suitable for XLPE cables of size 120 Sqmm,3 core and supply and jointing new HT cable end joint of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : RAYCHEM/M-SEAL/3M/DENSON

Disconnecting and cutting down the existing unserviceable /burnt out HT cable end joints, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) 11kV grade suitable for XLPE cables of size 95 Sqmm,3 core and supply and jointing new HT cable end joint of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : RAYCHEM/M-SEAL/3M/DENSON

Dismantling the existing unserviceable LT panel board, Fabricate, supply and install cubicle type CPRI approved make LT panel board, indoor type, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 54) front opening with self locking arrangment made out of MS angle iron frame work, MS flat iron and CRCA sheet of 2.0 mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade after minimum seven tank treatment process. Panel board shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system complete with 1200 amp capacity aluminium bus bar and wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductors and all connected acessories required for satisfactory functioning of panel board such as thimbles, glands, bolts, nuts, washers etc., and all other accessories, as required at site complete all as specified and directed including supplying and fixing of following all as indicated below :-

(a) Single unit digital type Ammeter of range 0-1200 Amps and voltmeter of range 0-500 volts with CTs/PTs conforming to relevent IS code. Make : AE/NECO/L&T -1 No. (b) LED type indicator lamp set of red, yellow and green.-1 set, (c ) The panel shall have adequate space for fixing the following :- (i) ACB 4 pole ,800 Amp current carrying capacity-01 No, (ii) MCCB 3 pole, 630 Amp current carrying capacity.-2 Nos (iii) MCCB 3 pole, 250 Amp current carrying capacity.-6 Nos (iv) MCCB 3 pole, 100 Amp current carrying capacity.-2 Nos Notes : 1. ACBs, MCCBs will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items. 2. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary arrangement for connecting and proper alignment of the panel board with the existing panel board.

Supply and fix LT Air circuit breaker with thermal-magnetic based release (over load, short circuit, earth fault protection and metering relay) having current carrying capacity 800 Amp, breaking capacity 50 KA, 415 volt,50 Hz, 4 pole, mechanical draw out type with mannual spring charge mechanism with self contained CTs. Make: Seimens/GE/L&T/ABB/Standard

Supply and fix 3 pole 630 Amp ,50KA ruppturing capacity MCCBs with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings, 50 Hz at 415 volt, conforming to IEC -60947-II/ IS-13947-II including provision of copper cable/ extended terminals of suitable ratings from MCCBs to busbar and connection of LT cables with MCCBs with suitable size aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havell's/Schneider/Standard/GEC/LegrandL&T

(iii) MCCB 3 pole, 100 Amp current carrying capacity.-2 Nos. (iv) MCCB 3 pole, 63 Amp current carrying capacity.-2 Nos. Notes: 1. MCCBs will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items. 2. Unit rate qouted shall be demeed to inculde for necessary arrangement for connecting and proper alignment of the panel board with the existing panel board.

Taking down the unserviceable power factor capacitors of different capacities from the capacitor panel board after disconnecting the electric supply, supply and fixing All Poly Propelene (APP) Box type, rectangular in shape, LT automatic power factor shunt capacitors, heavy duty, for 3 phase 440 Volt & 50 Hz system in the power factor capacitor panel board with suitable fixing arrangement including connection with suitable copper cables and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/Capco/Neptune Note : (i) Capacitors shall conform to IEC 831-1, with total losses not more than 0.25W / KVAR. (ii) Copper cables, thimbles will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items.

Dismantling unserviceable/ burnt thyristors / power contactors from the power factor capacitor panel boards after disconnecting the electric supply, supply and fix capacitor duty contactors for 25 KVAR ratings of capacitors including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable power factor control relay (APFC) 8 step, from the power factor capacitor panel boards, supply and fix power factor control relay (APFC) 8 step including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/HPL/Neptune

Dismantling unserviceable / burnt electric wiring from the power factor capacitor panel boards, cleaning the panel with CTC and removing the carbon deposits, rewiring the panel boards with suitable size PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper cable of 2.5/4.0/6.0/10 Sq mm matching with the existing size, provision of suitable copper lugs, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete including electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make of cable : Finolex / Finecab / Polycab.

Dismantling unserviceable/ burnt electric cables connected with capacitors, supply and replacement following size PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core industrial copper cable (flexible), 50 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade, conforming to IS : 694, ISI marked, in the panel boards including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells / Plaza / Finolex / Legrand.

All as per Sl item No. 25 above but cable size 35 Sqmm.

Supply and replacement of copper lugs 50 Sqmm size.

All as per Sl item No. 27 above but 35 Sqmm.

Dismantling unserviceable push buttons (start/stop button) from the power factor capacitor panel boards after disconnecting the power supply, supply and fix push buttons with 1 No + 1 NC, screw type for operation of capacitors all as per sample available at sub stations including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Checking of APFC panels/capcitors bank panels, carrying out necessary servicing, cleaning of the switch gears, busbars with CTC and removing the carbon deposits, checking of the connections, functioning the components such as capacitors, contactors, switch gears etc ,disconnecting and removing burnt out cable end portions, crimping with new suitable lugs of the same size, removing burnt out thyristors, reconnecting and testing complete for maintaining efficient power factor at the Sub station all as directed.

Opening of LT panel board, disconnecting and removing of the burnt out cable end terminations, cutting and reterminating of the cable end portions with proper size of lugs and decarbonising of panel busbar and cleaning with CTC, replacing of cable glands, connecting back cable end termination properly, opening of the busbar chambers, cutting removing of the cable connections, reterminating with proper size of lugs, tightening of the bus bar nuts, bolts including wrapping of the busbar with colour codes, checking of all switches, MCCBs all isolators, tightening of the loose connections replacing of burnt out fuse, cut out fuses with new ones complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and removing of the burntout ON load charge over switch side handled 400 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts 50 HZ from the existing position, supply and fixing new ON load changeover switch side handled in SS enclosure includidng making connection , 400 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 HZ and testing complete all as directed. Make Standard/Havells/HPL/L&T

Disconnecting and removing of the burntout ON load charge over switch side handled 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts 50 HZ from the existing position, supply and fixing new ON load changeover switch side handled in SS enclosure includidng making connection , 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 HZ and testing complete all as directed. Make Standard/Havells/HPL/L&T

Disconnecting and removing of the burntout ON load charge over switch side handled 125 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts 50 HZ from the existing position, supply and fixing new ON load changeover switch side handled in SS enclosure includidng making connection , 125 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 HZ and testing complete all as directed. Make Standard/Havells/HPL/L&T

Dismantling unserviceable/ burnt thyristors/ power contactors from the power factor capacitor panel boards after disconnecting the electric supply, supply and fix 50 KVAR capacitors duty contactors suitable for following ratings of capacitors including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/HPL/Neptune/GE/ABB

M&L for painting to body of distrubution transformers of capacities ranging from 63KVA to 160 KVA installed at various indoor and outdoor substations including connected LT Bus duct from transformer to LT Panel board with one coat of synthetic enamel Grey paint using spray gun machine after removing all dust and rust and writing date of painting with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
