P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete.

Form work of ordinary timber planks so as to give rough finish incl. Centering and shuttering incld. strutting ,propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns Plinth Beams etc. all inclusive complete.

Supply & filling of boulders and sand under floors including spreading, leveling, ramming, dressing & watering, all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest source of site of work complete.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). For super structure up-to floor V level all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs of with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Kail Wood (Jammu Province)

Providing and Fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear storey windows including M.S butt hinges with necessary screws etc complete of 1st class kail wood (Kashmir Province)

P/F of 35mm thick flush door shutters made up of solid core board duly laminated Incld. M.S Butt Hinges etc complete of Standard Make.

Providing 40x6mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with required bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.)

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 mix (1 cement 6 sand) for interior/ exterior including scafolding charges upto floor V-Level incl. cost and carriage of material complete.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing internal walls with Washable distemper two or more coats of approved manufacture and brand of required colour and shade including sand papering and finishing the surface smooth complete. Incld. One Coat Of Primer

Finishing walls ( exterior ) with water proofing snowcem of required shade and colour of approved brand with two or more coats on new work.

50mm cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete.

Providing and Fixing of vetrified tiles of required size and pattern 12mm thick of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) incl. grouting the jointing wiht white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed Wall Tiles thickness 6 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colours, shades except bergundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Providing and fixing ceramic glazed Floor Tiles of required size & design 10mm of NITCO, ORIENT,SOMANY,KAJARIA or equivalent make in color Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. Including cost of all material, with its leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete.
