1NS Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning. Operation and replacement of Analyzer combined type and multi meter - Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 6 MLD. STP Barwala for online (continuous) measurement of PH. Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors. (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200- 720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender, a) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors Scope cludes 6 analog outputs (0/4-20Ma), wide- ange power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS mbe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS nge, for measurement in the inlet effluent/ NR part of municipal waste water treatment at 6 MLD, STP Barwala with integrated the automatic cleaning. b) Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier & temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum). c) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 meter (minimum). d) Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED serves during 3 years of O&M after commissioning after 3 months trial period e) Providing GSM 3G, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity including network charges for 3 years of O&M after commissioning after 3 months trial run
