GRIT PLASTER ON EXTERNAL WALL SURFACES TO VARIOUS INSTALLATIONS OF GE (U) WATER SUPPLY UNDER AGE (I) (U) B/R DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. in any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type), tiles or stone machine cut, in skirting/ dado as in lift facias ect, laid over 25mm rendering in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement surry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing at in lift facias ect, complete as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specifeid and directed.
