Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc. Centering for soffits of RCC slabs plain surface including strutting upto 3.29 meter height using mild steel of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 gauge with MS angles of size 25 mm x 2 mm x 3 mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10 cm x 6 cm spaced upto 90 cm c/c and supported casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best country bricks of size 8 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 3/4' having 350kg/cm2 compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbentin the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications.and using the screened sand and all the materials should be approved by the competent technical authorities etc complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Floor finishing with Grano lythic flooring 25 mm thick in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1cement ,2sand , 4 aggregates) mix using 10 to 12 mm size metal, and top rubbed smooth, including cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying , finishing, watering etc., complete. As per SS

Supplying and fixing in position Cement based hydruali-cally pressed Anti-Skid tiles (pattern design) 50 mmthick in cement mortar 1:3 - 20 mm thick & pointed with same colour of cement etc.,complete.

Paving the floor with Plain/design (desin should be got approved by the departmental officers before purchase) ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x305mm x 6mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement etc completecomplying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Special Celing Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix 10mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting external wall with two coats of best approved quality of Plastice Emultion Paint over a including One Coat of priming of Exterior Emulsion Paint - Water Based Primer (Liquid) primier over cement surface wall as dirceted by the departmental officers including cleaning preparing the surface etc,complete complying with standard specification.The cement paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work

Paintinting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

White washing two coats using best shellime and preparing the surface fit for white washing as confirming to the IS 6278-1971

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc - Manually Operated (up to 8 sqm. Area) - PWD SOR 2022-23 P.NO. 44)

Manufacturing and supplying and fixing of steel doors with the following specifications. MS angles of size 50x 50x 6mm at 3.5 Kg./m are used for the outer frame and MS angle of size 35x 35x 5mm at 2.6 Kg/m for the shutter frames. The entire shutter area can be covered with CRC Sheets (18G) with 5 nos of stiffners using MS Flats of size 25x6m m at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frame and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flush butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3 nos of hinges incase of double shutter of 125x31x1.25 mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for tower bolts - 2 nos, aldrops - 1 no. The frame shall be provided with 6 nos of hold fast of 200mm length using 50x6mm MS flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost if hold fast, locking arrangements, etc complete.,

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC heets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. Fabricating, supplying and fxing of prepainted galvanized colour sheets with the following specification. The material should be of PPG 1 the profile with red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gauge having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be GI base pre painted hot dipped GI sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping scrrews, plastic washers. the washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with zinc coating of Z120 GSM paint thick. The finish should be terracotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional finish etc, complete as directed by the dept officers

Fabricating supplying and fixing of polycorbanate sheet with the following specification. The materialsl made of polycorbonate with clear colour or any other approved design 6mm thick multi wall type having width 1200mm or 2100mm. The sheet should be fixed with aluminium jointing clips, shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damping the sheets. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental design as per site condition and as directed by the dept officers

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing, and Gratings Work welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with well gravel in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Fixing of MS Grills with doors and windows with one coat of red oxide primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc complete, as per standard specification.

Providing Through Vertical Joint with 12mm space filled with bitumenous compound running from bottom of foundation upto the top of parapet wall as directed- 10 m2 (S.I.149)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm.
