Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in hard soil, all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying underground cable, foundation etc all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts - (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note: - Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified & directed

Supply and spread 15 cm thick dry river sand all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer yard and pole structure area, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles etc including dismantling of old coping, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour precast cement concrete masonry with solid blocks block type C1 (1:3:6), exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, on stone surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over alkali resistant priming paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work incl hung as gates, incl pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel Surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparing to old painted steel/metal surface of any description over 10 CM in width or girth of HT VCB panel indoor/Outdoor of various locations and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with fine quality with suitable spray gun including writing of panel details all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Writing includes SL No, details of Incoming and outgoing, area indication as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Boring of holes under roof, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 75mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure all as pecified and directed.

Supply, Lay, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls /floors etc.all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Lay, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls /floors etc.all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Lay, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 240 Sqmm complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls /floors etc.all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Lay, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty earthed) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 150 Sqmm complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls /floors etc.all as specified and as directed.

Materil & Labour for fault finding of HT 11 KV 3 core, XLPE cable of size 95/120/185 sqmm by thumping and echo instrument/ computer aided fault finding kit, and finding out exact location of the fault complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary excavavation, reterning refilling and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE earthed UG cable of size 3 core 50 to 95 Sqmm aluminum conductor and testing complete all as directed.

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV earthed XLPE earthed UG cable of size 3 core 120 to 185 Sqmm aluminum conductor and testing complete all as directed.

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV earthed XLPE earthed UG cable of size 3 core 240 to 400 Sqmm aluminum conductor and testing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for repair and servicing of HT 11KV two pole structure by repalcing galvanized PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving parts of AB switch and cleaning of all disc/pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of red oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces & applying a coat of aluminium paint to the entire steel structure complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparing old faded painted surfaces of 11m long steel tubular pole complete including all accessories such as cross arms bracings, brackets etc and paints with two coats of Aluminium paint of approved tint including writing pole number with paint same as existing earlier all as directed.

Material & Labour for Preparing old faded paint surface and painting with synthetic enamelled paint to existing HT PCC/RCC poles of size 11m long upto the height of 1.2 Mtr from the bottom with approved white and Blue colour alternatively including numbering of poles same as existing earlier all as specified and directed.

Online Centrifuging (filteration/dehydration) of transformer oil including checking initial and after filteration Dielectric Strength of oil for transformers, Isolation transformers and voltage stabilizers located in various places of technical and domestic area with suitable machine having filteration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of oil. Note :- (i) Di electric strength of oil after filteration/dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap. (ii) Oil for toping up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule (iii) The contractor will take shut down orders in writing atleast two days before from Engr-in-charge before commencement of work. (iv) The dielectric strength of oil shall be tested before and after filtration and necessary test certificates shall be submitted to the Engr-in-charge.

Supply & topping up of new transformer oil conforming to IS-335/1983 for transformer/VL unit/Isolation transformer/Servo Voltage Stabilizer, up to the marked level all as specified & as directed. Note: (i) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (ii) The transformer oil should have a IR value of the oil should not less than 60KV/Min (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to cost of filtration and testing etc.

Supply and fix the silica Gel container (breather) including silica Gel suitable for the transformers of capacity 50 KVA to 200 KVA after dismantling the old U/S breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix the silica Gel container (breather) including silica Gel suitable for the transformers of capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA after dismantling the old U/S breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill silica Gel for 11KV / 415V Transformers rated of various capacities by replacing the contaminated one from the transformer

Material and labour for repairs to distribution transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 200 KVA by replacing the copper winding and other repairs comprising of following complete all as specified and directed:- (a)Lifiting out old distribution transformer and transporting to workshop for repairs (b) Dismantling the top cover along with conservator tank , cooling fins and other accessories (c) Draining out transformer oil and kept in clean barrel for reuse (d) Lifting the complete HV & LV winding with all three limbs and kept in ovdr for dehydration. (e) Replacement of HT Brass bush spindles -03 Nos (f) Repalcement of entire gasket and providing new insulation for all three phases (g) Reassembling the transformer completely and reinstallation in original location.

Material and labour for repairs to distribution transformer of capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA by replacing the copper winding and other repairs comprising of following complete all as specified and directed:- (a)Lifiting out old distribution transformer and transporting to workshop for repairs (b) Dismantling the top cover along with conservator tank , cooling fins and other accessories (c) Draining out transformer oil and kept in clean barrel for reuse (d) Lifting the complete HV & LV winding with all three limbs and kept in ovdr for dehydration. Material & Labour for painting distribution transformers / Isolation Transformers / Voltage stablizers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after neatly cleaning and preparing the surface all as directed for the transformers of capacity 160 KVA including writing SM/MES No. with white colour synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting distribution transformers / Isolation Transformers / Voltage stablizers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after neatly cleaning and preparing the surface all as directed for the transformers of capacity 200 KVA including writing SM/MES No. with white colour synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting distribution transformers / Isolation Transformers / Voltage stablizers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after neatly cleaning and preparing the surface all as directed for the transformers of capacity 250 KVA including writing SM/MES No. with white colour synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Checking & testing of out door transformers of any type / capacity for IR value by applying 5000 V / 500 V by means of HT / LT meggar after removing primary / secondary terminal connections including reconnecting and charging back the transformer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Test results obtained shall be recorded and produced to Engr in Charge in proper format duly signed by the contractor.

Supply & fix porcelain vitreous HT 11 KV bushings with copper/brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA after removing the old unserviceable studs / bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil all as directed.

Supply & fix porcelain vitreous 1.1 KV LT bushings with copper/brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA after removing the old unserviceable studs / bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil all as directed.

Supply and fix Tap changeover mechanism for 400/500 KVA step down transformer as per existing make.

Supply and fix Tap changeover mechanism for 125 to 300 KVA step down transformer as per existing make.

Supply and fix Tap changeover mechanism for 50/100 KVA step down transformer as per existing make.

Repairs/Servicing of VL switch 11KV including cleaning of complete system taking down old ruptured fuse units replace with new fuse and filteration of existing oil and making good of the fixed and moving contacts, connecting the switch for operation and testing including painting with two coats of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate including filling of river sand/ stone dust upto 15cm complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- (i) Stone dust/river sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour. (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass.

Material & Labour for Servicing to vaccum circuit breakers of rating 630/800 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Phase of different Make by removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, moving and fixed contacts cleaning the parts with CRC, servicing contacts, checking the VCB panel ,healthiness of faults tripping system by using secondary injection method and checking breaker, closing coils, improving the insulation resistance and re-assembling the same with new or old spares and checking the proper functioning of the whole VCB ,Disconnect and taking out the Numeric/ Microprocessor based relay including earth fault and over current relays of any type of any Make from 11 KV HT panel, cleaning the contacts, calibrating the relay by conducting secondary injection tests, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs and relay and tripping coils, adjustment/setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping, tune/synchronies upstream breaker relay settings, re-installation of relay, testing & commissioningall as specified and as directed. (Make : KIrloskar/ABB) Note :- (i) New spare shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant items of schedule 'A'. (ii) Hiring of technician/service engineer from OEM is the responsibility of contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (III) Contractor has to submit the servicing report of VCB after completing the servicing and submit to office after signed by auth service engineer of OEM. (iv) The Contractor has to arrange necessary testing Kits, testing equipments, tools etc and shall also submit detailed test reports, panel wise, duly spiral bound. Rental rates for the testing/calibration kits & connected equipments are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Testing & tuning shall be carried out in the presence of representative of the Department, to the satisfaction of the Department.

Supply and fixing in repair of control wiring for HT 11 KV panel for complete relays and other connected items matching with existing gauge and colour code as per site requirements all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix closing coil box assembly with coil suitable for existing VCB of make (Kirloskar/ABB) 30 V DC for HT 11 KV VCB 630 Amps all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Auxilary switch 4NO+4NC suitable for existing HT, 11KV, VCB 630 Amps/800Amps of make - Crompton/ ABB, all as directed.

Supply and fix TNC switch suitable for existing 11KV VCB 630 Amps/800Amps all as directed.

Supply and fix tripping coil box assembly with coil 30V DC for HT 11KV VCB 630 Amps/800Amps, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix free trip mechanism suitable for existing 11KV VCB 630 Amps/800Amps of make - Kirloskar/ABB, all as directed.

Material & Labour for replacing the unserviceable batteries for HT VCB relay circuit with maintenance free sealed battery of size 90 AH 2V all as directed. (Make - AMCO/ EXIDE/AMARON)

Supply and fix surge arrestor(set of 3) suitable for existing 11KV HT VCB/ VCBs/RMUs panels of capacity 800A/630A for protection of installations from external surge including testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of PT 3 phase 3 limb single ratio 11KV/110V, 150VA per phase & accuracy Class-1 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for fixing earth pit indicators made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 200mmx150mm duly fixed in MS angle iron 25mmx25mm of 450 mm long to be fixed to ground by means of cement concrete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the earth resistance complete including excavation and earth work PCC type C1, 1:3:6 of size 150x150x150mm all as directed, including dismantling and taking out the old rusted / out lived earth indicators all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for maintenance free earthing complete comprising of 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long Earth electrode of low carbon steel electriode with 250 micron copper bonding, 50 pounds of Ecosafe based environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, back-fill earthing enhancing compound shoould strictly be a Eco Safe carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill compound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed water and set like concrete and should not leach /diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shal not mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per IEC :62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted laongwith the material. 17.2 OD SS clamp both side, Eco friendly rust proof heavy duty weather proof Polythylene Earth pit chamber with following dimensions : 254 mm dia (top),330 mm dia (bottom) & 260 mm (height). Supply and Installation of 10 mm copper bonded Round steel solid Conductor for ring earthing meet the requirements of IS/IEC 62305 and IEC 6256-2, Type B earthing has been proposed for complete buildings. Make : JEF/ Titumala or equivalent.

Material & Labour for Servicing to Ring main unit of rating 630/800 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Phase by removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, the control circuit wiring, checking of oprerating, spring charging and interlocking mechanism and ascertaining the RMU healthiness of faults tripping system by using secondary injection method and checking breaker, closing coils, improving the insulation resistance and connecting all cable connections and checking the proper functioning of the whole RMU including , Writing name of incoming and outgoing feeders in capital english letters of size not less than 6cm x 3 cm in black/ red synthetic enamled paint , replacement of minor items all as specified and as directed.Make : Siemen/ Kirloskar / LUCY/ ABB Note :- Hiring of technician/service engineer from Seimens is the responsibility of contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down UNSV transformer at diffrent locations in the tech/ domestic area of AFS Yelahaka from existing location for repair including disconnecting the LT/HT connection and shifting to workshop and getting back after repair and refixing the same at original location & connecting electrically and commissionig complete for 100 KVA capacity transformer, all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) The contractor will take down and refix the transformer at site located at various location as directed. (ii) The rate deemed to including transportation of T&P complete.

Taking down UNSV transformer at diffrent locations in the tech/ domestic area of AFS Yelahaka from existing location for repair including disconnecting the LT/HT connection and shifting to workshop and getting back after repair and refixing the same at original location & connecting electrically and commissionig complete for 160 KVA to 200 KVA capacity transformer, all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) The contractor will take down and refix the transformer at site located at various location as directed. (ii) The rate deemed to including transportation of T&P complete.

Taking down UNSV transformer at diffrent locations in the tech/ domestic area of AFS Yelahaka from existing location for repair including disconnecting the LT/HT connection and shifting to workshop and getting back after repair and refixing the same at original location & connecting electrically and commissionig complete for 250 KVA to 315 KVA capacity transformer, all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) The contractor will take down and refix the transformer at site located at various location as directed. (ii) The rate deemed to including transportation of T&P complete.

Supply & Fix of burnt defective HT/LT copper coil of different type capacity winding with superior quality enamelled copper winding wire/strips of approved make of suitable size/guage and number of turns matching with the existing impendence and insulated including all allied materials such as cork sheet, fiber glass insulation/paper insulation/Lathoride paper, cotton, empire tape and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts & washers (Brass) soldering/welding and other packing material etc required for entire winding of coils complete all as specified and directed.
