   Firm to confirm that it will provide material within stipulated delivery period as per mention in Delivery Schedule in tender condition, if NO then what will be DP required by it.

   The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in para 2.24 of NER bid document. The bidder shall provide self-certification that the item offered meets the minimum local content and shall give details of the location(s) at which the local value addition is made.

   Any firm requesting for inclusion in LT panel shall mandatory submit proven performance report of tendered item (along with tender specific Authorization of OEM if participatiing as dealers) at mail id- [email protected] by 2 days before tender opening failing to do so their request will not be entertained.
