Fly Ash brick masonary in C:M (1:6) using 25cmx12cmx8 cm size bricks having crushsing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular, mouldings, and corbelling , champhering and similar such type of work , watering and curing etc . complete including cost , conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

20Mm thick cement plaster in C.M (1:4) in grading plaster over roof slab including cost, conveyance, taxes all labour etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per the direction of EIC

Distempering two coats to wall with approved distemper of approved shade ncluding cost, conveyance and taxes of all the materials, labour etc complete including 1% cess as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) over brick work including cement punning and bitumen painting over top of wall finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,fitting fixing of Al Door with OEL anodised Al door section of 9202 as vertical member 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frAME BY MEANS OF tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by 3eans of jointing angel No. 1588 including all cost of labour T&P hire charges if srilling machine etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing big six or Trafford A.C.sheet in roof including fixing of ridges, wind ties including cost of A.C. sheets including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour for fitting and fixing of Deptt. ACC/GCI sheets in roof including drilling holes in wind ties & fixing of ridges, vallies,wind ties etc. including conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm size with cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick welded to the frame at the rate of 6 nos per frame with 10 mm dia M.S round bar to be welded at the bottom at the bay with M.S. hinges of size 100 mm & 14SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos & 50 mm size one no for single leaf shutter aldrop, staple & tower bolt hinges duly welded to the frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil within 50m initial lead and 1.50m lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to mixmum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30mtr in depth and dressing the exavated earth on road to proper profile and section as directed by the Engg. In charge

Supplying,fitting and fixing vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make conforning to 15:13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 course sand ) and filling jointed with cement of approved quality including cost of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance , taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P requred for the work including the cost of primer, all other materials etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint etc completed as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost ,conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials and labour required for the work as per specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Chief.
