Hire Charges for 42” LED Display Providing on hire basis 42-inch LED Display suitable for surveillance/monitoring purposes, having high resolution with minimum contrast ratio of 100000:1, complete with remote control and supporting VGA/HDMI input/output connectivity. Hire Charges for OFC & CAT-6 UTP Video/Data Control Cabling with Accessories Providing on hire basis Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and CAT-6 UTP cable for video/data transmission for 52 Nos. CCTV cameras, complete with all associated accessories required for proper connectivity and operation.(As per Complete Item No. 7 of the DNIT)

Hire Charges for Network Rack (Wall/Floor Mounted) for CCTV System Providing on hire basis standard Network Rack (Wall Mounted/Floor Standing type) suitable for housing CCTV system components such as NVR, PoE switches, media converters, patch panels, UPS, and associated networking equipment. (As per Complete Item No. 8 of the DNIT)

Hire Period: From 27.04.2026 to 30.05.2026 (for the complete event duration). The quoted hire charges shall be inclusive of all accessories, installation, internal wiring, and incidental expenses for the entire contract period.
