Supply,Laying , jointing and testing underground cable in replacement 95 sqmm 3 core size.heavy duty, 11000 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 110 mm dia for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing heat shrinkable cable end joint , out-door type with and including jointing materials suitable for 11 KV , XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm , 3 core , complete all as specified and directed .

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm. 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable .

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No -5 above but soft/disintegrated rock

Returning, filling in excavated hard/ dence soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No-7 above but soft/ disintegrated rock

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing gang operated air break switch in replacement 11 KV, 3 pole vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current upto 200 Amps and 9 insulators suitable for 11 KV, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F In replacement drop-out fuse unit, expulsion type for out door air break gang operated switch, single pole mounted on and including insulators and jumpers for 11kv working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts and washers etc, systhetic bounded fuse tube complete with line cap suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps all as directed

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement single pole non linear type lightning arrestor having rated voltage 11 KV and discharge current 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts,transmission class with connecting device complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, taking down old U/s cross arm & M&L for new Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

"M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement tubing 'light grade' galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps / bolts / nuts / washers or laid in floors/under roads complete all as specified and directed of 80 mm bore

All as item No -15 above but 100 mm bore

Dismantling of ACSR conductors (Weasel /ferret/Mink) from HT pole in any locatoin including insulators all as specified

Dismantling existing unserviceable /damaged HT MS/RCC Pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making underground boaring (Manually/Mech) through existing bituminous road/PCC/Floor along cross section approx 10 mtr of the road at a depth approx 1.0 mtr for laying of GI tubing of dia 80/100 mm for encasing of cable all as specified and directed at site.

S&F route marker for HT cable made out of CI 100 mm dia in round shape 2-3 mm thickness having two hole for mounting on 25x25x5mm angle iron 60 mm long, fixed in ground along the HT cable route with the help of PCC 1:4:8. (rate of PCC & angle iron deemed to be included in rate quoted).

Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish complete all as specified.
