Demolition of Mud in roofs/chajja, any thickness including plastering and leeping,(whether full thickness removed etc complete all as specified.

Demolition Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in laid bedded in any mortar on floors, channels,kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, sub base of floor coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slabs finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) after cleaning of roof surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified. Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof & parapet walls and applying evenly a bitumen primer confirming to IS 3488 @ 0.40 Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2 kg per sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blow bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 grams per sqm) unrolled and bonded to substrata with logitudinal and end laps 100 mm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including trowelling slightly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, set with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified.

Demolition of un-reinforced concrete on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams/ chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm gradede aggregate) for coping in chajja, balcony, beam complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for guniting work to RCC work in column, flooring, side walls, beam, slab, etc by removing loose concrete cover etc, cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric or wire net less than 95 X 95X 3 mm adhesive, plaster grade for concrete admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part of sand and average thickness 40 mm and making the surface even including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement plumb and making surface true to geometry in line and including necessary form work to be carried at upto double storey building Note.- Where ever reinforcement required will be measured and paid seperatly etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys ,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with selftapping screws as specified.

S&F for pre-painted Galvalume aluminium Zinc cooating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in covering/cladding to valley gutter/ridge fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exc. 250 ltr but not exc. 500 ltr, setting aside for lowering down if required for repairs,hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position on roof including cleaning of Overhead tank & removing the sludge washing down with detergent/ bleaching powder and writing the date of cleaning with suitable paint complete all as specified.
