Lowering B329:D342e flanged GI Pipes, submersible P/Set, Cable, cutting of rusted nuts and bolts etc. and equirement of damaged D/F GI Pipes, cable, defective pump set etc. as per site equirement and lowering of sub p/set, sub cable, GI Pipe etc. as required, jointing of cable with pipes and jointing of D/F pipes etc. with nuts bolts and rubber packing etc. The job includes hiring of all T&P, tripod stand, chain pulley block and other material handling equipments, Safety gadgets as required and consumable material (rubber packing and Nut Bolts) will be arranged by the firm as per site requirement DSR Item Code : 27.1.1 to 27.7.7

Installation and commissioning of dosing pumps set with proper wall supporting arrangement to hold the pump set , the work includes providing all pipes and special to supply sodium hypo chloride solution properly to main delivery line by making holes with utmost care and make the systems leak proof and testing on full load during the running of pump

Making and supply of MS covering with MS angle iron size 40X40X3 mm as per sit requiremenet and height of frame 5 feet complete four side covered frame cover with ms jali 3"y 1" SWG duly welded with cross MS strip size 40X6mm and one side opening with locking arrangement at site , making the frame the duly painted with enamel paint after using red oxide metal primer of size 3ftX2ft and height 6 ft.

Fixing of ms socket of required size by drilling/threading/welding and making it leak proof fixing suitable nozzle for injecting chlorine solution at the time of operation of t/well .

Supply of sodium hypochlorite solution having 9% to 12% available chlorine packed in 35 litre disposable PVC jerry can make:- Chopra/PACL/BIS approved.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. DSR Item code 35.1.1

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut,bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
