Part "A":- Electro Mechanical equipment’s for 03 years

Repair provision for year 2025-26, 2026-27 & 2027-28 .

Part "B": - Supply of Manpower for the Septage Plant during contract period of 03 year.

Supervisor highly skilled (01 N0.) with 05 years’ experience in a sewage treatment plant certified by the officer for whom the employee has worked. The wages to the supervisor are to be paid as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K

Operators, skilled (04 N0.) 2 for each shift of (8 hour/day) with 02 years’ experience in a septage treatment plant certified by the officer for whom the employee has worked. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K

Electrician/Mechanic, skilled (01 No.) with 02 years’ experience and ITI certificate in electrician trade. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K

Housekeeping/landscaping person (01 No.). The wages to the housekeeping person are to be paid as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K

Part "C": - Supply of Chemicals for 03 year.

Providing of cation Type poly electrolyte for volute press@250gm/day

Supply of Sodium hypochlorite having specific gravity Description: Pale Yellow Green liquid having chlorine odor and shall not produce any sludge or turbidity when mixed with water. Relative density at 250C = 1.2 (minimum) Available chloride as Cl % by mass = 10-12.5 Free Alkali as (NaoH), PPM (Max.) = 0.5 Iron as (F), PPM (Max.) = 1.0 Sodium Chlorite, traces as per BIS11673:1992 = 0.6 liters/day

Supply of Poly Aluminum Chloride for water treatment @1Kg/day.

Part"D": - Provision for H.S.D. for 03 year

Part "E" :- Replacement of Worn out Electromechanical Equipment’s

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Air Blower unit with capacity 400 M3/Hr with motor rating 20-25 H.P. pressure=0.6 kg/ cm2 including starter panel, cabling from main LT panel to blower motor via starter panel.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of150 mm dia HDPE pipe of PN6.0 and PE 63 rating from blower to main septage sump.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of coarse bubble diffusers along with requisite piping inside septage sump of capacity 20M3/Hr

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of chlorine dozing pumping units 0-10 LPM, Motor 0.25 H. P.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of roto pumping units Capacity=6M3/Hr with 3 H.P.
