Dismantling of post or struts (wood or steel or RCC) any section incl taking embeded portion and making good disturbed ground embeded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for fixing RCC/ any fencing posts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F MS angle as in iron posts and struts, gates, flat & round bars in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works like MS flat iron fillets confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing RCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm mm graded stone aggregate) as in pre cast fencing post struts etc average sectional area exc 100 Sqcm and not exceeding 250 Sqcm with or mitred Tops incl grouting in natural ground or cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed

S&F round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in , stirrups spacers etc cut to length bent to shape requred incl cranking, bending hooking ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia confirming to Grade-I IS-432 (part I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling fencing barbed wire/mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embeded in pre cast RCC fencing post struds etc securing and typing as crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only in repairs Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embeded in pre cast RCC fencing post struds etc securing and typing as crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one washer and hexagonal nut length exc 10cm but not exc 15cm long omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50 mm and GI wire dia 3mm in PVC approved colour shade by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces any width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Repairs to gates of any description and size including taking down and repairs to pintle hinges welding if required and bedding in brick or concrete work and check for its movement align the shutter by means of hammering / welding/oiling, lifting the shutter by means of pully or crane by taking safety measuers including replacement of pintle hinges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins arches pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per sr item no 19 but using old bricks obtained from item no 18 above, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on Brick Walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove dust, debries/rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external faces or Brick walls or on concrete surfaces plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as per manufactare instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rough cast plaster on brick wall consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar (1:3) not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even incl applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of of primer after preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Preparing New Surfaces of Walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm using high quality brush/hand roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Providing cement concrete with type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in coping / kerb and the like including for use of form work (straight or curved) weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC with type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles 30 cmx30 cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor over 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles exterior grade WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & incl and over 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% coloured tiles and 50% grey coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2 ,1:4:8 (40mm gradedaggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Factory made rubber moulded pre-cast cement concrete type B1 1 : 2: 4 (20mm graded aggregate) in kerb stone with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including necessary excavation embedding in the ground to depth indicated and tamping ground around and also for removing any surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling brick laid beded and pointed in any mortar (laid flat or on edge) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Bricks, sub class B, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in Cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 38 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick old size straight & curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds stopped end complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Surface dressing/cleaning of vertical side and berms of drain by trimming of surfaces and removing all vegitation bushes/small trees n . Exc 30 cm girth and removing to a distance not exc 50 metres and deposited where directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement conceret Reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Reinforcement cement concrete1:1.5:3 Type A1 using 20mm graded aggregate in Slabs, drain cover ,shelves supported on walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Form work to the soffifts of suspended slabs such as roof slabs , floor slab, exc n.exc 200mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Form work to edges of concerete flats etc exc 200cm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete 100mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in road cuttings/floorig complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs for Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation treated/untreated surfaces of chequered or interlocking tiles and applying two coat of indigo washable floor paint over a coat of priming paint with 30-40% water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm gr aggr set in CM 1:4 louvers and jallies 25mm thk (measured solid) incl all mouldings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
