Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Work done certificate of the maximum value of civil engineering work executed in any one year during last 5 years. Which should be counter sign by the Executive Engineer or Equivalent in charge of the work

The tenderer shall furnish last five years Amount Rs.42.26 Lakhs financial turnover, profit and loss account statement i.e., from 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 from the authorized C.A. (Achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) (usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract)) With UDIN

Contractors should be registered as KPWD Class III & above Civil Contractor

Assessed Tender Capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount Rs.42.26 Lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 (b) satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value) as prime contractor, at least any construction work to an extent of 25 % for Rs.10.57Lakhs

For SC reservation, to participate in the tender upload a caste certificate issued by a competent authority / Tahsildar and upload the residential certificate stayed a minimum of 10 years issued by a competent authority / Tahsildar
