The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEMs or their authorized dealers. Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency (as the case may be) at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. Clause No 16.5 of Eastern Railway General Tender condition will be applicable for this tender.

(i) Clause wise compliance of technical specification should be made by tender participated firm. Offer without clause-wise compliance will not be entertained and offer is liable to be rejected. (ii) 01 No. PO, 01 No. Commissioning certificate & 01 No. Satisfactory performance report to be submitted for same/similar machine from IR to be submitted failing which offer is liable to be rejected. Performance report should not be older than 03 years from the opening of bid.

EMD as per clause 8.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the make in India Policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Public Procurement Policy (prefence to Make in India) as per Clause 28 of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition.

Offer Validity: Offer must be valid for minimum 90 days from the date of tender opening.

Manufacturer's name month & Year of manufacturing should be indicated on the material or the packing of the material as per specification or feasibility as the case may be. Make/Brand of material should be embossed without affecting any functionality of item.

SD as per clause 9.0 and its sub clause of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition.

LD : CI: 14 & sub clauses of clause 14 of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition shall be applicable to instant Tender.

[i] Bank Account details for the purpose of payment shall be taken as appearing in the profile of the vendor in IREPS. In case, there is any change in the bank account details, vendors are advised to update their bank account details in their IREPS profile. [ii] E.M.D & S.D. as per attached ERGTC, SECTION - 1, Clause No. 8.0 and 9.0. and its sub clause. [iii] GSTIN OF EASTERN RAILWAY FOR WEST BENGAL: 19AAAGM0289C1ZG.

Firm willing to avail benefit of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firm's status will be treated as Non- MSE firm.
