M & L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 with using (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

S&F for mild steel angles iron work as in fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-290 complete all as specified and directed.`

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of strands rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 75 x 75mm fixed with string bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron work as in fencing includig drilling holes, notching for screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in fencig rod weeping in fencing mesh of 10mm dia and welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 10cm not exc. 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC ) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for foundation and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and didrected.

All as per Srl item No 19 above but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 18 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar).

M&L for bricks work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and didrected.

All as per Srl item No 21 above but except bricks.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc includig raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 with water proofing compoind finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plaster with water proofing compound should be carried out whenever directed by Engineer-in-Charge. WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/ un plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applyig three coat of white wash as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron and mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including eigher hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete Gde Fe-410-W, E-250 quality A.

Supply and ixed welded steel wire fabirc n. exc 4 kg per Sqm complete to wood or steel memmber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel painting on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described above priming coat of red oxide including prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises .

S&F for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles thick etc on vertical surfaces such as skirting , dados and risers to steps etc. 300x 200x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering plaster in CM 1:4 on brick surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance outside of cantt premises to low laying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishing fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/ floor fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600mm dia reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed includig collar and demolition of old pies complete all as specified and directed.
