COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATON SYSTEM OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT WAC AND CAMERO AREA UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK

Maintenance and Servicing of PLC based control panels with its all connected accessories excluding spares parts but including regular maintenance and repair of the Automatic water supply system, installed at various location at Subroto Park including monitoring of main controlling system (Master Panel at Main Pump House) and attending the sites complaints breakdown of system like pump house electric supply , water supply related problem and carrying out maintenance and repair work as per site requirement with rectification of the complaint with in the time period complete and including operating and testing all type of equipments related to water suppy system installed under GE (AF) Subroto Park area complete as per following mentioned installations to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge Equipments:- (i) PLC based Master Control Panel installed at Main Pump House, Subroto Park. (ii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at 2 Lakh Gallon & 50k Gallon OHTs, Subroto Park. (iii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at 2 Lakh Gallan OHT, Subroto Park. (iv) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at Sabzi Mandi P/H Subroto Park. Note:-(i) Complaints will be attended by highly skilled workers (ii) The scope includes for SCADA software related Services for programming, configuration and customisation of the Smart Station Platform with respect to the Water supply Module as per actual site conditions and requirement of the engineer complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but for following mentioned installations : -(i) PLC based Master Control Panel installed at MAP-II Pump House (Subroto Park). (ii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at WO Block (Subroto Park).(iii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at OR Block (Subroto Park). (iv) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at Officer's Block (SPE area Subroto Park).Notes for item No 1 & 2 above:-(a) New parts if any required for repairs and replacement shall be measured and paid separately under items below.(b) Unit rate quoted by tenderer includes checking of system fortnightly and necessary monitoring,servicing, repair, maintance the systematicaly.(c) Specific emergency complaints from time to time shall be attended Immediately after receiving the same.(d) The scope of work includes the charges required for minor repairing, and carrying out electrical connection, termination and fixing and installing, testing, commissioning, etc and all as specified and directed by EIC(e) The work has to be carried out through authorisied OEM or through the authorized service provider of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maintenance of SCADA / Automation systems and have vast experience to execute the same nature of work . A copy of MOU with OEM/Service provider of the OEM/agency dealing with SCADA/automation systems shall be provided to GE before commencement of the work (f) The labour element required for maintenance, servicing, repair of automatic water supply system and various locations installed at subroto park and replacement of defective parts with new parts and making the system operational including all necessary testing is included in the rate quoted for this item Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Complaints will be attended by highly skilled workers ,

Maintenance & Servicing of Pressure Switches (25 Nos) by disconnecting electrical connection, dismantling, cleaning, refixing and re-connecting with Teflon tape , installation, commissioning and testing to ensure the equipment is runnig properly and smoothly complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . Note:- Complaints will be attended by highly skilled workers by OEM minimum 5 times and up to 7 times per month. complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 3 above but for ultrasonic level sensors (22 Nos). Note:- The sensors are installed at UG sump & overhead reservoirs/various buildings. The repairs/servicing to be carried out at these locations respectively.

All as per item No.3 above but for Solenoid Valves (44 Nos) complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.3 above but for electrical actuator suitable for line size 200mm dia (11 Nos), 150mm dia (43 Nos), 100mm dia (09 Nos) and 50/80mm dia (26 Nos) complete including oiling & greasing all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintaining the communication part, and establishing communication as required, including cost of communication for eleven months including monitoring and control of the Pump House through individual PLC based slave Panels and overall control through PLC based Master Panel complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 3 TO 7 : - (a) The work has to be carried out through OEM or through the authorized service provide of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maintenance of SCADA / Automation systems and have vast experience to execute the same nature of work (b) New parts/ accessories required for maintenance & servicing of Pressure switches, Magnetic float switch censors silenoid vaves electrical actuater communication system etc shall be measured and paid separately. (c) Unit rate quoted by tenderer includes checking of system fortnightly and necessary monitoring,servicing, repair, maintance the systematicaly.(d) Specific emergency complaints from time to time shall be attended Immediately after receiving the same.(e) The scope of work includes the charges required for minor repairing, and carrying out electrical connection, termination and fixing and installing, testing, commissioning, etc and all as specified and directed by EIC(f) A copy of MOU with OEM/Service provider of the OEM/agency dealing with SCADA/automation shall be provided to GE before commencement of the work (g) The labour element required for maintenance, servicing, repair of automatic water supply system and various locations installed at subroto park and replacement of defective parts with new parts and making the system operational including all necessary testing is included in the rate quoted for this item. Supply only single phase preventor with under and overvolatge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Relay with base 240V, AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Relay with base 24V, DC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
