Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / cut out / DBs of any type / capacity / description as existing at site including MCBs any type and capacity making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending the complaints of non functional of ceilling/exhaust fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceilling/exhaust fan without taking down by replacing of fan condencer, fan regulator and connection wire etc. and making fan serviceable including checking the strengh of Clamp, down rod and provision of check nuts and split pin all as directed. (Note :- Item such as fan condenser, fan regulator, 1.5 sqmm, 3 core copper flexible cable shall be measured and paid seperataly as 'Supply Only'.)

Taking down ceiling Fan of any size/ sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose for repair/ replacing the unsv bearing, gun metal bush or for rewinding and refixing the same after rewinding, cleaning dust, oiling greasing, servicing, and rubber reel with clamp and nut-bolts, washers, lock pin etc as existing including connecting flexible 3 core cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan, cleaning all dust etc all as directed spcified by Engineer-in-charge (Note- Ball bearing, gun metal bush, rubber reel with clamp, nut-bolts, blade assy, outer body, canopy, rotor, stator etc shall be measured and paid separetaly as 'Supply Only' in replacement and rewinding item paid seperately under relevant item)

(a) Supply only for brass GM bush suitable for fan any size complete all as specified and as directed

(b) Supply only for Fan clamp with rubber reel insulator/bush, nut, check nut with bolt , washer and lock pin complete all as specified and as directed.

(c ) Supply only Ball bearing No 6201/6202/6203 suitable for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Armature (Rotor) unit with shaft suitable for ceiling Fan 1200 mm sweep of make suitable to existing as per sample. The rotor shall be made up of a wire coil enveloped around an iron core. The magnetic component of the rotor shall be made from steel laminations to aid stamping conductor slots to specific shapes and sizes. This rotor should operate at a speed 1500 rpm (revolutions per minute) and 40% of its rated torque without excitation

(e ) Field winding (Stator) of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep complete of make suitable to existing as per sample with starting and running coil and connectors. The core of the stator is made of steel frame enclosing a hollow cylindrical core bounded up of laminations of silicon steel and copper wounded. The stator should be electromagnet and suitable to energizes the field windings.

(f) Outer body of ceiling Fan of make suitable to existing as per sample complete top and bottom with nut & bolt. The material of body shall be made of Aluminium alloy heavy duty suitable for accommodate the stator and rotor of above item of 3(b) and (c )

(g) Ceiling Fan canopy white in colour PVC suitable for ceiling Fan 1200/1400 mm sweep of make suitable to existing as per sample complete top and bottom all as directed

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fan of any size with supper enameled copper wire of existing gauge including varnishing and drying complete reassembling & testing complete of size 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Supply only Exhaust fan metal body assembly with lowers and clamps of 4/3 Nos complete for 300mm sweep of make suitable to existing heavy duty suitable to accommodate motor assembly all as specified and as directed.

(b) Supply only Motor assembly complete with Armature (Rotor) unit and Field winding (Stator) unit with shaft heavy duty suitable to fix in Exhaust Fan metal body assembly of 300mm sweep, make suitable to existing as per sample.

(c ) Supply Only Blade assembly with three blades suitable for metal body Exhaust Fan 300mm sweep heavy duty of make suitable to existing complete as per sample including key bolt/check bolt.

M & L for rewinding of exhaust fan of any size with supper enameled copper wire of existing gauge including varnishing and drying complete reassembling & testing complete of size 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for plastic body exhaust fan, AC single phase, 240 volts of size 250 mm sweep with louvers all as per Cat No. Maxma DX 10" of Make Bajaj or equivalent of Make Crompton Greaves/ Havells with necessary connection and replacement of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for plastic body exhaust fan, AC single phase, 240 volts of size 300 mm sweep with louvers all as per Cat No. Maxma DX 1 300mm of Make Bajaj or equivalent of Make Crompton Greaves/ Havells with necessary connection and replacement of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending the complaints of non functional and Preventive maintenance of storage type electric water heater (Geyser) of capacity 25/50 ltrs comprising of the following tasks at different locations of any make, complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Inspection of geyser after opening bottom cover plate.

(b) Examine water tightness of storage tank.

(c) Carry out operation of all stop cocks, pressure reducing valves, etc. to ensure free movement of the working parts.

(d) Replace washers and glands of defective taps to ensure water tightness smooth functioning.

(e) Inspect vent pipes and remove blockage obstruction if any.

(f) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical items.

(g) Check and correct temperature setting of thermostats and test its functioning.

(h) Checking and adjustments of pressure reducing valves.

(i) Checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve (PRV) by removing dead weight protection cleaning the seat and ensuring that the waste hole is not blocked / chocked.

(k) Testing of Geysers after repairs/maintenance in all respect for proper functioning.

Taking down storage geyser of 25/ 50 litre capacity after disconnecting electrical connection from existing socket, removing the bolts and nuts from wall and disconnected inlet and outlet water connection for repair/ replacing the unsv items and assemble the same after making serviceable, cleaning dust including connecting flexible 3 core cable as required, painting the geyser complete, cleaning all dust, with proper filling of glass wool as heat resistance material, suitable quantity etc and refixing the geyser at it's original location complete all as directed spcified by Engineer-in-charge (Note- Spare parts of geyser shall be measured and paid separetaly as 'Supply Only' under relevant item)
