Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (i) From private land.

Construction of sub grade & earthen shoulders : Construction of Sub grade & Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 ith a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 .) i) From private land.

Granular Sub-base with coarse graded materials (Table : 400-1) : (A) By Mix in place Method: Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing coarse Graded Materials, spreading in uniform LAYER 1s with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacted with vibratory roller to achieve the desired complete as per cl. 401 (i) For Grading I Material

Water Bound Mecadam : Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incuding spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (With an initial lead of 5.0 km) (A) By manual means I) Grading II b)Using Screening Type A (13.2 mm Agg) At Widening Portion

Prime Coat : (ii) Medium Porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat : (IV) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam: (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth provided,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I) With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification. (A) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for GradingII(19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mmthick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MORTH S & H specifications

Reflective Pavement Marker : Providing reflective pavement Marker with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MORT&H fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector, Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.
