SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I(A) (BUILDING &STRUCTURE WORKS) Construction of Swimming pool, Swimming pool shed and Spectator's Gallery, Plant room, Changing room, Balanching tank etc RCC framed structure, ACC block walls construction including built in furniture items complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note: (i) Boring of pile and cast-in-situ of pile including its concrete and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Schedule. (ii) Cost of pile cap including RCC, reinforcement and form work & its earthwork are included in the quoted amount of this item.
