Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing of frameless glass door SS Patch Lock with out handle in toughened glass including all necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing both side 2 nos SS H handle having min 450 mm length in toughed glass door including all necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Double Level Counter: Providing and fixing Double Level Counter, first step at 750 mm from ground, 600mm wide and Counter top at 1050 mm from ground level and 300 mm wide. Counter top shall be provided 25 mm thick Pre-laminated MDF Board, exterior Grade-I, confirming to IS:14587 with 1mm laminated finish on both sides and other sides made up of 18 mm thick pre-laminated medium density fibre board exterior grade (Grade-I) IS: 14587:1998 marked with laminated finish on both sides. The bottom Display unit with 8mm thick toughened glass fascia and 18mm thick pre-laminated shelves to be in built in counter with movable shutter. Counter should contain retractable keyboard trays and partitioned drawers (at every 900mm) with drawer channel, cupboard units with swing door and auto close hinges. Drawers and cupboard are to be fixed with individual locks and handles. Cable manager and leg space are also to be provided.150mm high SS glossy skirting all Complete as per the design and instructions of engineer in charge. 12mm thick toughened glass partition to be provided above counter up-to roof height with necessary counter opening all complete as per approved design of engineer in charge/Architect. Note: Only front elevation of wooden counter will be measured. (12mm thick toughened glass will be paid separately). Make laminate: Century, Greenply, Merino or equivalent.

Supply, delivery and installation at site of counter height ergonomic stool suitable for continuous 24-hour multi-shift operation, having heavy duty swivel type construction with 360° revolving mechanism and seat height adjustment through Class-4 gas lift mechanism, adjustable from 750 mm to 900 mm or required range. Stool shall have heavy gauge powder coated steel / chrome plated steel / aluminium alloy frame with corrosion resistant finish and stable 5-star heavy duty base fitted with anti-skid nylon shoes or heavy duty castors as approved. Seat shall be ergonomically designed with high density moulded polyurethane foam cushioning and upholstered in premium quality PU / fabric / leatherette finish, with medium height backrest incorporating proper lumbar support. Stool shall be provided with circular adjustable footrest ring and strong fixed / adjustable armrests wherever required. The stool shall have minimum safe load capacity of 120 kg and be suitable for intensive commercial use in control rooms, counters, laboratories, reception areas and similar locations. Item shall be complete with all accessories, hardware, transport, installation, testing and warranty of minimum 3 years, of approved reputed make such as Godrej Interio, Featherlite, Wipro, Chairkraft or equivalent.

Executive Table with Pedestal Unit: Providing and placing in position Executive Table of size 1200 × 600 × 750 mm high with 25 mm thick MDF top finished with approved laminate/melamine finish and 2 mm PVC edge banding on exposed edges. Frame made of 40 × 40 × 1.6 mm thick CRCA steel tubular legs and 50 × 25 × 1.6 mm thick CRCA horizontal members, duly powder coated complete. Table provided with flip cover / cable management box. Including one modular pedestal unit of minimum size 450 × 500 × 650 mm high having three drawers in pre-laminated board with telescopic channels, handles, central locking arrangement, hinges, fittings and accessories complete, as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Measurement: Each complete unit.
