Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates and Window but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for old size sub Class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) having compressive strenght not less than 75 kg/Sq cm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly platsered wall and apply two coats of of Oil bound distember over a coat of 1 mm layer wall care putty over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing (Grade A )Compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 Type B1( 20 mm graded stone Aggregate ) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor path etc. complete all specified and directed.
