Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

As per Karnataka State Government order No LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01-01-2007 and GNo PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-7-2007 a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards Labour welfare fund

Conditional Tenders will not be accepted

The tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate of any Civil nature workdone certificate 25% of amount put to tender in the prescribed format from the competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District level Officer) and scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file Certificate/ Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of Bids for physical verification

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

Tenderer shall note that the tenderers those found Eligible to the conditions mentioned in Section-3 Qualification Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) will only be considered for further evaluation

All materials required for this work shall be procured by the Tenderer himself and should be got tested by the quality control authorities at his own cost before use on the work

All the items includes with all Leads and Lifts Loading and Unloading Cost of materials Labour HOM of machineries as per Standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work and other incidental items which are necessary for the successful completion of the work

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPP- portal

The Project Completion Period is 03 Months including rainy season

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx5-B) where A is equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited 0.25 Year B Value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.25 Year form the probable date of Award of this contract

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor for any Civil work to an extent of 25 persent of the cost of the work put to tender from the competentent autority

The defect liability period is 1 years from the date of complication of work failing which action will be taken as per tender condition
