FD-1031 - Almirah steel large with shelves: Almirah shall be fitted with ISI marked 75mm 6 lever lock with three way locking system. Almirah shall be finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (shade as approved by GE) upto obtaining glossy finish over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-69(M) - Book shelf open large steel : Overall size shall be 915 mm long,305 mm wide and 1905 mm height. Book shelf shall be finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint for obtaining glossy finish over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-1029 - Locker bed side steel: Overall size shall be 760 mm long, 600mm vide and 1100 mm high. All MS sheet shall be 1mm thick. All steel and iron surfaces shall be finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finish over a coat of redoxide primer with Spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

FD/E6/MAP/12 - Chair writing : The frame of the chair shall be of 16 gauge 25mm dia MS tubular frame. Back shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-1038 - Rack 6 tier steel : Overall size shall be 915 mm long,610 mm wide and 1905 mm height measured from outside, All steel and iron surfaces shall be finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finished over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-1043 - Trestle store room steel : Trestle shall be of overall size of 2440x600x300 mm. All members, strut and bracing shall be welded properly with good finishing. All steel surfaces shall be finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finished over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CWE/TEZ/04 - Charpoy MS tubing plywood top : Plywood shall be BWR grade, fitted with nut and bolts. Head board shall have 18mm thick Exterior grade both side prelaminated particle board fitted with half round teakwood beading all around with good finishing .PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of charpoy. All steel members shall be finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finish over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-1008 - Table 3'x2' steel with drawer :- Steel tube shall be 25 mm dia with 1.6 mm thickness.Drawer shall be fitted with ISI marked 75mm 6 lever lock and decorative handle. Top shall be 18 mm thick exterior grade MDF board one side laminated shade or as approved by GE, duly covered with 4 mm thick half round teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH).All steel surfaces shall be finished with (shade as approved GE) two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finished over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-1026 - Stool revolving steel adjustable : Overall size shall be 455mm dia and 600mm hiight. 12mm dia mild steel bar ring shall be provided at 150mm from bottom joining four legs as show on drg. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

FD-243 - Almirah steel med with shelves :- Overall size shall be 760 mm,440 mm wide and 1270 mm height. 1mm thick MS sheet shall be used to manufacture Almirah except legs. Two Legs shall be provided to almirah as shown on drawing and shall be of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet. Cromium plated stainless steel godrej type handle100mm long shall be fixed on shutters, Almirah shall be fitted with ISI marked 75mm 6 lever lock with three way locking system. Almirah shall be finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (shade as approved by GE) upto obtaining glossy finish over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. FD-255 - Teapoy Verandah :- Over size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm height. Top shall be 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side laminated duly covered with half round beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH). All steel surface finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint for obtaining glossy finish over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-279 - Chair dining :- All wood shall seasoned first class hard wood free from knots and defects.Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with screws. Canning of chairs by true Godrej pattern with plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide, quality as approved by GE all as specified and as shown on drgs.All wooden surface shall be french polished with glossy finish, shade as approved by GE.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD/MAP-II/04 - Chair dining Cushioned :- All wood shall seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects.Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with screws Seat made of 12mmm thick BWR grade plywood over which 40 density foam 75mm thick shall be provided duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth as approved by GE. 50 x 50 x 20 mm and 3mm thick SS right angle bracket between leg and rails fixed with steel screws.All wooden surface shall be french polished with glossy finish, shade as approved by GE.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-246 - Bed plywood top : All wood shall seasoned first class hard wood free from knots and defects. Top shall be 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood. All wooden surfaces shall be french polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD/MAP-II/03 - Table dining 8 Pers :- All wooden part shall be first class hard wood free from knots and defects.Top shall be 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side laminated duly covered with half round beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH). All wooden surface shall be french polished with glossy finish. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-256 - Chair Verandah : The frame of chair shall be of 20 mm dia mild steel conduit of well thickness as 1.6 mm made to shape as shown on drawing. Caning shall be done with 4mm wide cane in mat pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the seat, back and hand rest portion. PVC/hard rubber shoes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. All exposed iron surface shall be finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint for obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-278 - Teapoy :- Top shall be 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side laminated duly covered with half round beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH). All the wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used. All wooden surface shall be finished with french polish. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-275 - Table writing :- Top shall be 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side laminated duly covered with half round beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH). All the wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used. All wooden surface shall be finished with french polish. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-77 - Foam without back :- Steel tubes of 25 mm of 16 Guage,Wooden seat plank shall be first class seasoned hard wood free from knots and defects. Seat plank of size 1800x255x25 mm, shall be fitted with counter sunk head bolts.Wooden planks surface shall be french polished with glossy finish.All exposed iron surface shall be finished with (Shade as approved by GE) two coats of synthetic enamel paint for obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-78 - Foam with back :- Steel tubes of 25 mm of 16 Guage,Wooden seat and back plank shall be first class seasoned teak wood free from knots and defects. Seat plank of size 1800x255x25 mm, Back rest plank of size 1800x150x19 mm shall be fitted with counter sunk head bolts.Wooden planks surface shall be french polished with glossy finish.All exposed iron surface shall be finished with (Shade as approved by GE) two coats of synthetic enamel paint for obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FD-251 - Table dressing ladies with mirror:- Overall size of Table dressing is 1700 x 900x 380 mm. All wooden part shall be first class hard wood free from knots and defects. All wooden surface shall be french polished with glossy finish, shade as approved by GE.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
