Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for poles/stay assembly/ cable, etc all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil/road/PCC, getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for poles/stay assembly/ cable all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point all as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches clear Sand for cushioning of under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured

Supply and laying burnt clay sub class B brick as cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/foundation /grouting, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

M&L for XLPE LT underground cable, including taking out XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 16 Sq mm 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS: 7098 (Part-I) complete all as speified.

Supply and fixing cable joining kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 /4 core XLPE, armoured, AI conductor cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type, including taking out complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and connected items will be measured and paid separetely).

All as per item No 9 above but size 70-120sqmm, 4 core all as specified.

M & L GI tubing of 40 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling/pole or in trench formed by road/PCC cutting/boring as cable protection laid on floor all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proof, 3core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade for electrical connection of street light fittings to MCB SP in junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55, 11 mtr long complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement LED flood light fittings of 70w,die cast Al body with IP 65 protection with high powered LED as light source with integrated driver and surge protection all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flood light bracket made out of MS angle/flat iron suitable size for fixing five nos of flood light complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of pole, stay including form work where required all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/wall LT UG XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10sq mm 2 core including making necessary connections all as specified and as directed

S & F water heater storage (Geyser) vertical type, capacity of tank 25 ltrs, 5 Star rated electrically operated, AC 230 Volts, including 04 Nos of hold fastner nuts of suitable size including fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 4 Sq mm copper conductor single core flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded drawn through and including rigid PVC caping and casing surface type and accessories of suitable size ISI marked and MS pressed steel terminal boxes of 1.6 mm thick of suitable size duly painted with red oxide metal primer including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement incl provision of 3 mm thick bakelite hylem sheet for mounting the switches / sockets/ regulators etc including running up of 4 Sq mm copper conductor flame retardant PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly all as specified.

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade ISI marked in floor/ on wall with and including all fittings such as bends, tees,sockets,reducers,elbows, unions, etc complete all as specified.

M & L for PVC connection pipe (copper) chromium plated 8 mm dia both end threaded incl brass coupling bolt cone washer complete , length of pipe is not less than 600 mm suitable for Hot/ cold water system complete as all specified and directed.

S & F Bib tap 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, screwed one ends for pipe of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junstion box with terminals having protection IP 66/67 "weather proof" for outside installation with metric knockout entry for cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core and size 155x210x92mm with terminals and provision of one MCB SP 6A complete with fixing arrangements on 40mm dia GI pipe 1 mtr long (light grade) with necessery clamps incl necessery cable connections all as specified and as directed of Make Hensel DK1616G or Sintax/C&S. Note: Rate of all necessery connected items such as MCB SP, GI pipe, clamps etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for Switch Socket Combination 5 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type universal, 240 volts, incl PVC box fixed below junctionn box on GI Pipe with necessery clamps complete as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/wall LT UG XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 6sq mm 4 core including making necessery connections via lug in junction box and panel all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring holes of 80 mm dia, 1 mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m. (Note: Connected items like Pipes is measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6 mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing up to 7.5 mtr length for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete including taking out unserviceable earthings.

M&L for point wiring in PVC casing caping with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor FRLS of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm green in colour as earth lead in and including PVC casing caping (medium grade) with all fittings & accessories including provn of MS sunk terminal box of appropriate size suitable for switch fixed flush to wall for mounting switch, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick hylum sheet top cover with brass screws & cup washers for one light point/5A socket point complete. NOTE : Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces (if any) matching with the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Taking out old unserviceable Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced from the poles and removing from site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
