Supplying, providing and laying soling stone300mm thick over the existing sub base/sub grade including levelling and consolidation to form a compact surface using hard blue granite soling stone including hand packing, wedging them tightly and filling the voids with loose sand, watering and sweeping the sand into the joints so that the hole is formed as solid mass, etc. complete as per standard specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 mix for foundation / flooring work using 40mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying, compaction, consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix for foundation/ flooring work /kerb wall/drainage wall using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing & laying RR masonry foundation/wall/retaining wall in cement mortar 1:6 for construction of wall using hard blue granite stone, etc. complete from 2.5m below ground level to 4.5m height above ground level with neat finishing including proper pointing & necessary scaffolding work etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, providing and laying brick masonry in CM 1:6 using well burnt country brick of minimum size 22.9x11.2x7cm for foundation/kerb wall/wall upto 4.5m height from ground level including all scaffolding, staging, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing twisted reinforcement IS 1786 HYSD bars Fe500D/ Fe550D (TMT bars - TATA/ Agni/JSW) including fabrication, cutting, bending, cold tying, with overlapping to the standard length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including binding, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete for all RCC works (item No. 10) upto 4.5m height as per standard specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for RCC works height upto 4.5m for foundation/retaining wall/slab/column encasing of rolled steel section using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly with specified reinforcement (rate excluding the cost of reinforcement) and all mixing, laying, compaction, leveling, consolidation and curing, etc., including the cost of centering/shuttering work, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:4 mix 15mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc. for floors & walls upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for RCC beam, column, ceiling, wall & floor upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting including all scaffolding, fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and providing glass coping with glass set in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick over the top of the heighten compound wall with necessary grouting, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of Mason for miscellaneous works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of labour (Mazdoor) for miscellaneous work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).
