Detailed survey of existing sewage network as desired including chaining ,levelling cleaning of site making of RDs in post.
Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work (in all kind of soil )such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work Kankar, moorum shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock i/c cutting of top of metelled road etc., upto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respect.
Providing, laying jointing & testing in trenches centrifugal cast ductile iron (spun) pressure pipes as per IS:8329/2000 Class K-7 duly ISI marked, inside cement mortar lined suitable for tyton (push on joints) for sewer lines including cutting of pipes, chamfering where required (earth work in trenches and jointing of pipes to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage up to the site of work, testing etc., complete as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & fixing in trenches centrifugal cast ductile iron fittings of 9523/2000 class A, series K-12 with inside cement mortar lined suitable for tyton (push on joints) with pipe as per item No. 3, such as socketed bends of all degrees, socketed, tees, collars and all other required fittings, including carriage up to the site of work, testing etc., complete as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of brick masonory Circular type manhole in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 Sand) inside plastering 12 mm thick with cemnet mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 course sand ), finished with a floating coat of neat cement, foundation concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominale size) and making necessary cahnnels in cemnet concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 course sand :4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominale size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inlcuding curing complete with the wall thickness 200 mm as per direction of Er- in- Charge.

Construction of RCC supports (05.mtrX0.9mtrs) for supporting the sewerage pipeline (conceded in five supports for 1km) upto 3 mtrs height with nominal reinforcement in 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) curing complete with foundation concrete 1:3:6(0.75mtrX1.20mtrX0.01mtrs) including centering , shuttering(steel) in all respects as per direction of Er in charge
Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete as direction of Er-in-charge.
