Providing, laying, jointing and testing of MS pipe, thickness 4.8 mm, MSERW flanged / Butt welded joints by considering three layers pipes including cost of bends complete as per GMSERW Pipe conforming to IS / ISO: 3183-2007 of following grade & wall thicknesses as per dimensions, weights and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4 to 7 meters. The M.S.flanges are to be provided on each joint as per required table conforming to IS: 6392-1971 and welding of flanges with electrodes as per relevants codes including required number & size of nuts and bolts & gasket sheet not less than 3mm thickness as per relevants codes. SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SETS- Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of submersible pumping set of KSB/ Crompton/ Kirloskar/ BS/ Calama make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible squirrel cage motor shaft conforming to BIS 9283-1979 with up to date amendments, totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear, It should be fitted with device to take up expansion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415V ± 10%, 3 Phase 50 Hz AC supply.
