Dismantling of Old False Ceiling: Removal of old perforated sheets false ceiling due to damages, undulations to facilitate new lighting arrangements, Cassette AC units. Stacking the removed usefull material in the desired location and carting away unwanted useless material by tractor or other means away from the campus to contractors own dump etc complete as directed.

Grid False Ceiling System: Providing & fixing of Soft mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling system in module size of 600X600X25mm with Angled Tegular/Straight Edge Tiles with Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9, Light Reflectance >85%, Colour white, Fibre performance UK class o/class 1 (BS 476 pt-6&7) and suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on 24mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stiching on all T sections i.e. the main runner, 1200mm and 600mm cross tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 13.2kgs/sqm and push out strength of minimum 100kgs. The T sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm and need to be installed with suspension system of approved make. Vertical supporting with j bolt and rivit system.

Dismantling of old Woodwool/Perforated Tiled Wall Panelling: Removal of old Woodwool/perforated tiled wall panelling due to damages, Removal of hessain cloth, Glass wool padding etc. Stacking the removed usefull material in the desired location and carting away unwanted useless material to a vacant location etc complete as directed.

Acoustic Wall Paneling Using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Acoustic Panels: Providing acoustic wall panelling by using Sal wood frame work of 50x35mm section rigidly fixed to the walls by means of suitable fastners at 600mm C/C or lesser in both direction etc and providing 12mm BWP grade Archid/Green ply make over the entire area of framework. Providing and fixing using FEVICOL SR 998 adhesive for the entire area on both the surfaces without leaving any gaps 12mm thick PET panel of TRANQUIL Make ECOCORE 100% polyster core having fire rating Class A and Class B as per ASTM E-84 tunnel test, Density 190 Kg/Cum, NRC 0.80 at 4000 frequency. The PET panels shall be fixed as per given pattern, specifications, colour combination etc. Making necessary slots in the wooden frames for cable raceways and necessary cutouts for electrical/Lan face plates etc complete as directed.

Wall Paneling using 12mm BWP ply and Lamination: Providing wall panelling by using Sal wood frame work of 50x35mm section rigidly fixed to the walls by means of suitable fastners at 600mm C/C or lesser in both direction etc and providing 12mm BWP grade Archid/Green ply make over the entire area of framework. Providing and fixing using FEVICOL SH adhesive for the entire area on both the surfaces without leaving any gaps 1 mm Lamination of AICA make. The lamination shall be fixed as per given pattern, specifications, colour combination etc. Making necessary slots in the wooden frames for cable raceways and necessary cutouts for electrical/Lan face plates etc complete as directed.

Laminated Wooden bands: Providing and fixing Pelmet bands for walls below false ceiling level using 19mm thick plywood (BWP) Archid/Greenply. Applying 1mm Lamination of Aica/Merino/Archid make using Fevicol SH adhesive, finishing. Providing 6mm thick beach wood beadings for the edges with neat mellamine polishing etc complete as directed.

Skirting: Providing and fixing skirting band for walls, false flooring etc using 8mm thick plywood (BWP) Archid/Greenply. Applying 1mm Lamination of Aica/Merino/Archid make using Fevicol SH adhesive, finishing, cleaning etc using all necessary hardware and other material complete as directed.

Removal & Refixing of Curved Tables Removal of existing curved tables without damages stacking as directed at the desired location, shifting and refixing the same. Polishing the beadings after suitable surface preparation, sanding, filling etc, and applying two or more coats of melamine polish. Cleaning the laminate using suitable tinner etc after completion of all work using all necessary hardware such as anchor bolts, screws, melamine polish other material, leveling screws etc complete as directed.

Curved Tables Repairs, Relamination with Ply Backing: Providing 6mm BWP ply of Archid/Greenply make over the existing table tops in curved contour after scraping the old laminate. Providing and fixing modesty panel made of 8mm BWP ply as per existing curve (After removal of old existing modesty panel). Providing 1mm lamination for table top and both outer and inner surfaces of modesty panel using Fevicol SH adhesive. Providing necessary new Beach wood beadings of size 35mm x 16 mm with required curved contour for table tops and 25mm x 6mm for modesty panel as per required pattern including repairs/replacement of damaged/powdered shelves and polishing the wooden beadings neatly with two or more coats of melamine polish after suitable surface preparation, sanding, applying sealer and filling. Painting neatly all the metallic structures, legs, supports etc with enamel paint etc complete as directed.

Lectern: Manufacture, supply and placing in position Lectern made of 19mm BWP ply of Archid/Greenply make of required size with suitable sliding/folding shelfs mounted on Hafele/Hitech make sliding channels for Laptop, Key board, and other equipment. The lectern shall have suitable cut-out for USB cables, Monitor, Touch Pad etc, sliding compartment for microphone on top, adequate number of shelfs for placing rack with slotted doors, panels for fixing power sockets. Providing hefele make auto closing hinges for doors with necessary antique brass handles for doors and all pullouts shelfs. Providing slots cut on all sides for ventillation etc. All inner, outer and bottom surfaces shall be laminated with 1mm lamination of required colour. providing 2mm thick PVC edge beadings for all edges. Providing 50x12mm Beachwood full length handles for all key board/sliding shelfs. Polishing the wooden beadings neatly with two or more coats of melamine polish after suitable surface preparation, sanding, applying sealer and filling. Painting all the ventilation slots neatly using enamel paint etc complete as per drawings and direction.
