Supply & install ,testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS : 1180 part - I, EEL-2 step down, Outdoor type, copper 99.9% purity, electrolytic grade wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 1250 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design complete all as specified and directed.
Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability CRGO prime core grade M-OH / ZDKH /TCH grade , perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked. Flux Density at rated voltage and rated frequency should be 1.688 T the transformer shall be designed as per CBIP manual 317 for over-fluxing withstand capacity of 110% continuous, 125% for 1 minute and 140% for 5 seconds. and over loading capacity of transformer shall be as per IS 6600 , Noise level as per NEMA TR1, with class A insulation, Tank pressure, Vacuum withstand capability & minimum clearances as per CBIP manual, No Load Current within 1% to 2% of Full load current Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with Energy Efficiency Level - 2 and shall comprise of the following accessories :-
(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 /185 , HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, suitable for reception/taking out of Bus Trunking system sandwitch type, LT 1100 volts grade.
(c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.
(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).
(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Jacking / Lifting lugs, Marshalling Box, with oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four no. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.
(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.
(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.
(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.
(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested up to 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree Celsius Ohm-ohm 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Delta at 90 degree Celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree Celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree Celsius and sludge 0.1 % by weight.
(l) Detachable Rollers of adequate load capacity
(m) Top and Bottom Filter cum drain Valves with Dummy Plate.
(n) 6" Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator with alarm and Trip contacts
(o) Radiators shall be of Detachable type with proper butter fly valves
(p) Double Float Buchholz Relay with alarm and trip Contacts
(q) Providing adequate size and 2 nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.
(r) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Effeciency level - II.
(s) Oil temperator indicator , winding temperature indicator, marshlig box single window, double flit buchhols relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to VCB relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm 12 core 1100 volts grade. NOTE :- 1(i) Rate quoted includes the cost of labour for making and Testing of controll wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. (ii) Controll cable shall be measured and paid seperatly. 2. Before procuring transformer as catered in item No 1.00 of (Sch ‘A’ Part-I) the contractor shall ensure the following :- (a) The OEM of the transformers should have in house LAB Certificates for Accreditation from National Accreditation Board for testing and Calibration laboratories. (b) Manufacturer/OEM must have type test/short circuit reports for 1250 KVA Transformer from CPRI/ERDA (matching all the major parameters including the Loss Figure) & shall not be older than 5 years.
(c) Core shall be procured from one of these manufacturers- Posco/Nippon/NLMK/AK Steels or NOVEX Trader CRGO and CRGO core grade used should be M-OH/ZDKH/TCH only. Procurement, Mill’s Test Certificate/ Invoice from supplier/Bill of landing Bill of entry certificate by CUSTOMS shall be provide. The OEM should have in house core cutting/ slitting Machine. Burr level should be less than 10 Microns. (d) CPRI Short circuit test report for exactly similar transformer (matching all major electrical parameters including Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years to be furnished. (e) OEM should be BIS and BEE certified for all the ratings of the transformer that are to be submitted. (f) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of control wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. And the Control cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (g) Expenses/ cost for FAT and necessary Travel/ freight/ conveyance/ stay expenses for inspecting/testing officers as nominated by the Accepting Officer for FAT shall be included in the rate quoted. (h) The contractor should obtain warranty from OEM for minimum period of 5 years for all the transformer supplied. 3. Contractor shall ensure and submit all the necessary certificates as mentioned above form the OEM within 07 days of commencement of work and get approval in writing from the GE before procurement of transformer from a particular OEM.
M & L for platform for the Transformer of cap 1250 KVA of size 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.2 mtr, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brickwork in CM 1:6 with sssub class 'B' old size bricks, redering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:2:4 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting of 2 x MS channel of size MC 100x50 for Transformer base and incl stair , provisioning of Hume / HDPE pipe of required length to accomdate HT cable of size 120-185 sqmm on HT side chamber complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor arc flash protected Draw-Out with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel , rated for 11kV, 800 Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, comprising of 02 No. Incomer, 01 No. Bus Coupler and 03 Nos. Outgoing VCB Panels and floor-mounted/ top mounted Bus PTs for each bus section, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 26.3kA for 1sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of 800 Amp, continuous rated Copper busbars and droppers in all bus / breaker/ adaptor and cable chambers, 02 nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, structure made from AluZinc/GI sheets to prevent corrosion and rusting. The complete panel incl. HT and LT chamber with FRLS wiring and acessories shall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own mancufacturing in house facility, and same will be verified via stage/final inspection. system house integrator / channel partner products arenot accepted .The panel shall consist of following OEM / Makes: ABB/ Siemens/ Schnider/ Crompton complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) System house Integrator , Channel partner products are not accepted .Make of VCB, panel and relay should be same. (ii) Rate Quoted includes the cost of Relay to Relay integration for auto transfer of Load / Auto closure of BUS Coupler for Source failure transfer on SCADA between the two Incomers.
(A) 02 x Incomer Panel, each comprising of :-
(i) 11kV, 800 Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker and panel, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24V DC).
(ii) Current Transformers 11kV,400-200/1A-1A, Core1: Class 5P10, 5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 5VA, Core3: Class PS-X - Set of 03 Nos per breaker
(iii) Potential Transformers, Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - Set of 03 Nos.
(iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 04CT+05PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (a) Directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, (b) Synchronism and Energizing Check before breaker closing to prevent un-syncronized mixing of supplies (c) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (d) interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. (e) Integrted arc flash protection with current and light sensing The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over RJ-45/USB/FO port, and fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage, Breaker On/Off/Spring.Chrgd, Trip Circuit Failure (from TCS relay), AC Supply Fail, PT Fuse failure relay, Local-Remote etc. and display locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen with mimic as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. Relay setting should be possible through inbuilt software or through addtional software supplied by the relay manufacturer.
(v) Metering Equipment including:- (a) 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), (b) 01no. Multi-Function-Meter (Acc.Cl.0.5) shall be provided with LCD display for measuring current, voltage, power, power-factor and energy-parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Max. Demand Indication, same shall be communicable on ModBus via RS485 port.
(vi) LED Indications :- (a) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, (b) R-Y-B, (c) DC Available LED with push-button (d) AC Supply Fail (e) Trip Circuit Healthy

(x) Suitable Disconnecting Link type terminal arrangement shall be provided for interfacing PS-Class CTs installed in the panel for achieving the required protection.
(B) 01 x Bus Coupler Panel, comprising of :- (i) 11kV, 800 Amp, 26.3KA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker and panel, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24V DC).
(ii) Current Transformers 11kV, 400-200/1A-1A Core1: Class 5P10, 5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 5VA, Core3: Class PS-X - Set of 03 Nos per breaker
(iii) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 04PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (a) Synchronism and Energizing Check before bus-coupler closing to prevent un-syncronized mixing of supplies (b) circuit-breaker-failure alarm. (c) circuit-breaker-failures and interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. Supply installation & commissioning of 24V/40A Float Cum Boost SCR controlled Battery Charger unit including SMF VRLA battery bank 24 volt comprising ,12 Nos of 2 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . Material ( cables,acessories, changeover switches etc ) and Labour for complete making of standby / provising arrangements for restoration of the power supply at the end distrubution pocket wise during working for replacement/installation of the above mentioned equiments /acessories for the entire period of the projects complete all as specified and directed during the following occations/ events.
(a) Shifting old VCBS and Provising of new VCB
(b) Removal of under capcity transformers and installation of 1250 KVA transformers one after other.
(c ) Shifting and installation of main LT panel of the Substation
(d) Shifting and installtion of distrubution LT panels/ AMF panels
(e ) During Civil works ( such as cable ducts, transformer foundation , LT panel foundaton etc)
Cutting bituminous road at a width not more than 45 cm and a depth not exceeding 60cm for laying of pipes on road crossing for cable protection and making good with a existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for high density polyethylene pipes of size 250 mm dia (HDPE) of pressure rating 10 kg/cm2 laid in trenches/ducts/ bore holes of road crossing/hard standing etc for laying LT cable complete all as specified and directed..
