Part 1 : Construction of Cement Concrete Drainage for Suppiramani House to Ramaraj House @ Poolathur H/O Poolathur. With Horizondal Filter.

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed of foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including all cost and conveyance etc., complete.

Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including support and strutting up to 3.29m high for plane surface such as using mild steel sheets of size 90X40cm and BG for stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.50cm spaced at about 90 centre to centre and supported by casaurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc. complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all matials to site and all labour charges etc., complete for 10m3

Plastering with C.M 1:4 mix to 20mm metal including all material and all labour chargers etc., Complete

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Filling with 40mm HBG metal including all conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Collection and supply of Sand and filling into the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard specification.

Collection and supply of gravel for filling from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Filling the soak pit with 20mm metal as per specification

Colour washing two coats using approved colour pigments including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110m dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,
