Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out in hard/dense soil for all as directed.

Returning filling in leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Material & Labour for riddled earth is as such permitted by IS 1255 for cushioning on top and bottom of the cable all as specified. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth shall be measured and paid.

M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laidflat, dry butt jointed, laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified & directed.

Taking up/down old unserviceable LT Under ground cable including protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, connecting and testing 1100 volts grade, 6 sqmm, 2 core, heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape complete all as specified. (Note : 1. Excavation, earth work, bricks protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately). M/L for earthing for pole complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt I (2009). The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with 8 mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- GI wire 4.0 mm up to 7.5M length shall be included in the quoted rate). Note : The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 Mtrs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover 6 Nos 6 mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe 20 mm up to 2M length medium grade for watering purpose and GI pipe 15 mm up to 7.5 M length light grade for protection of earth wire from earth plate electrode to main switch board etc shall be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less thab 1.5 Meter below normal ground level connected to 20 x 3mm copper strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of GI and GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI (1:2:4) with 8 mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Copper strip 20 x 3 mm and strip protection pipe up to 7.5 M length from earth plate electrode to main switch board etc shall be included in the quoted rate). Supply and fixing of glow signboard of over all size 800mmX800mmX200mm (LXHXD) made out of aluminium Equal angle of size 30mmX30mmX3mm thick of suitable length fixed on all outer corners, inside iron square hollow tube of size 25mm and provn of Aluminium Sheet of size 26 gauge 200mm width on four side of the board fixed by using by using suitable nuts/screws/washers incl necessary welding where ever required with double (front and back) side acrylic sheet of size 3mm thick fixed on 75mm PVC heavy duty pipe on both side of length 1.7M errected 30cm above the ground level grouted in Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate on both side up to a depth of 60CM with a dimension of trench 300X300X600mm depth and specified symbol/number/alphabeatic letters size along with provn of suitable size of LED tube light as per required lumens with required wiring inside including 2 core round connecting cable of size 2.5sqmm of suitable length connected from PVC junction box of size 100mmX100mmX40mm depth with inside 2 Nos alm bus bars with insulators fixed on one leg above the ground complete as per sample all as specified and directed be EIC.
