Design, Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of factory made Electrically Operated Blast Resistant Top hung sliding Door with De-bouncing system, heavy duty flame proof drive assembly, control panel, push button station, limit switches, drag chain system and hand operation arrangement for emergency operation in the event of failure of electrical system with following characteristics, including shifting/transportation from factory, loading, unloading etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Characteristics (Type-D1 Door for MMPU I ):- (i) Opening width x height - 3.0 mtr x 2.4 mtr and door width x height - 3.725 x 2.79 mtr. The door shall be made from steel of grade E250 confirming to IS 2062. The door shall be made of One plate of 90 mm thickness. Thickness of the door 90 mm Structural Design 2 edges simply supported. (ii) The door shall be with de-bouncing system made of 30mm thick MS plate. (iii) The support beam made of ISMB 200 shall be fixed at spacing not more than 1 mtr c/c with anchor bolts of suitable size.(iv) Shock + Gas absorber with :- Xm = 10,82cm θ= 5,6º (twist angle).

Characteristics (Type-D6 Door for MMPU I) :- (i) Opening width x height - 2.2 mtr x 2.4 mtr and door width x height - 2.91 x 2.695 mtr. The door shall be made from steel of grade E250 confirming to IS 2062. The door shall be fabricated from 60mm thick MS plate. Structural Design 2 edges simply supported. (ii) The door shall be with de-bouncing system made of 30mm thick MS plate. (iii) The support beam made of ISMB 150 shall be fixed at spacing not more than 1 mtr c/c with anchor bolts of suitable size. (iv) Shock + Gas absorber with :- Xm =9,6cm θ = 5º(twist angle).
Note for Ser No 1 to 4 :- (a) The door shall be fitted with Electrically operated driving mechanism of suitable capacity as per load of door. The manual door operation shall also be provided. (b) Mono rail beam shall be provided as shown on drawing. (c) The safety mesh shall be of MS wire fabric of mesh size 50mm and wire thickness 3mm and shall be provided in door width and 1 mtr height fixed with suitable size ISMB sections. (d) The Top shall be covered with hood cover made of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6mm. (e) The anchoring of bolts shall be in PCC as specified and directed. (f) Fabrication and erection as per drawing/ standard engineering practice/manufacturer's instructions. (g) Factory inspection at OEM premises shall be carried out by the rep of Accepting Officer , User/MBDA representative. (h) Safety instructions, spares list shall be provided by the Manufacturer. (j) Operation and maintenance manual shall be provided by the manufacturer. (k) Service Engineer from the OEM shall visit once in 6 months on regular basis to check serviceability state and attend site within 48 hours in case when breakdown occures as intimated by GE/Engineer-in-Charge to rectifiy the same till the completion of defect liability period.
Automation including cabling of electrically Operated Blast Resistant top hung sliding door as specified herein-before including Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of electrical; scheme for motorized blast resistant steel sliding doors operation, interlocking, including PLC scheme with cold redundancy for total system facility and flashing tower light on each door (Ser No 1 to 4 above, total 06 doors) of MMPU-I building complete all specified and directed.
M & L for conductive concrete earthing consists of copper earth electrode of length 3000mm, diameter 16mm duly insterted into the precast Earthon/Powder ( a bonded mixture of Marconite and cement) of diameter 85mm duly buried in hole of suitable size to accommodate the electrode and Earthon assembly. The complete assembly to be connected to copper strip including nuts, bolts, washer including provision of concrete earth pit PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 3mm thick with lugs and 6mm dia MS bar handle with connection to earth test point complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the following :- (a) The maintenance free Chemical eathing with copper electrode shall be provided and earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohm with five years warranty (to maintain the proper maintenance). (b) Service charges for supervision at site during installation of concrete conductive earthing by the rep of OEM. (c) Transport and packing charges upto the site. (d) A set shall be comprises of 02 Nos of concrete conductive earthing and jointing Copper strip. (e) The record of test result of all earthing shall be kept in record and produced before processing the Final Bill. (f) Before locating the place of earthing any of the following test shall be carried out by the Contractor at his own expense :- (i) Wenner 4 Pin Method (ii) Slope Method (iii) Star-Delta Method (iv) Two point method (Dead earth method) (v) Clamp on test method

The UC shall be provided through out adjacent to each section between the plates. Thickness of the door 190mm (158mm+16mm+16mm). Structural Design 2 edges simply supported. (ii) The door shall be with de-bouncing system made of 30mm thick MS palte. (iii) the support beam made of ISMB 200 shall be fixed at spacing not more than 1 mtr c/c with anchor bolts of suitable size. (iv) Shock + Gas absorber with :- Xm = 10,82cm θ = 5,6º(twist angle).

(iii) The support beam made of ISMB 200 shall be fixed at spacing not more than 1 mtr c/c with anchor bolts of suitable size. (iv) Shock + Gas absorber with :- XM = 10,82cm θ = 5,6º (twist angle).

The door shall be made from steel of grade E410 confirming to IS 2062. The door leaf shall be fabricated from 100mm thick MS plate. Structural design 2 edges simply supported. (ii) The door shall be with de-bouncing system made of 40mm thick MS plate of E-350 confirming to IS:2062. (iii) The support beam made of ISMB 150 shall be fixed at spacing not more than 1 mtr c/c with anchor bolts of suitable size. (iv) Shock + Gas absorber with :- Xm =9,6cm θ = 5º(twist angle).
