WORK OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & PATROLLING OF 132 KV LINES UNDER ETD DHAMPUR.

Regular tower to tower ground patrolling of the following 132 KV lines including lopping & chopping of the trees in the 27 meter in corridor for 132 KV lines, detecting defects like missing/theft members of tower, hot point puncture insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/loose conductor/earth wire of following lines. Patrolling shall be done quarterly basis i.e.04 times in a year.. (i) 132 KV Dhampur LILO line- 4.2 Kms. (ii)132 KV Afzalgarh LILO line- 2.0 Kms. (iii) 132 KV Sherkot LILO line- 4.5 Kms. (iv) 132 KV Dhampur-DSIL line- 29 Kms. (v) 132 Dhampur-DSM (Co-Gen) line- 3.5 Kms. (vi) 132 Nehtaur-BHL (Co-Gen) line- 5.8 Kms. Total= 4.2+2.0+4.5+29+3.5+5.8= 49 Kms., 4x49= 196 Kms.

Submission of patrolling report on prescribed computerized performa in 5 sets after each patrolling duly binded along with one soft copy.

Lopping, chopping of trees in the 27 Meters corridor of line and stacking of above cuttings at proper place far from the line.

Fabrication & fixing of tower members including cartage of steel angles from S/S store, punching holes for proper placement tightening of Nuts & bolts punching & chamfering at different tower location of above Transmissin lines.

Tack welding of new nuts & bolts.

Back filling of earth across the tower foundation wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. and its tranportation up to the site.

Repairing of foundation coping, wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc and its transportation up to the site.

Strengthening/Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers.

Replacement of damaged/puncture insulators string at different tower location including cartage of material from store to work site of the above line. All the manpower & T&P shall be provided by tenderers for completion of work. (A) For Suspension String

Repairing of damaged ACSR Panthar Conductor by providing repair sleeve/mid span joint.

Strengthening of earthwire including replacement/ tightening of suspension clamp as per site requirement.

Clearing of nest from the tension tower insulator formed by birds.

Emergency patrolling of 132 KV lines during tripping to detect the exact fault location & type of fault.
